چکیده

سرده Myosotis L. (فراموشم مکن) با 18 گونه علفی در ایران حضور دارد که این گونه‌ها اغلب در مناطق معتدله و مرطوب می‌رویند. مطالعه حاضر برای اولین بار با هدف شناسایی و توصیف ویژگی‌های آناتومی مهم ساقه در این جنس انجام پذیرفته است. خصوصیات کیفی و کمّی ساقه‌ی 14 گونه از گیاهان فراموشم مکن ایران، از جمله وضعیت ساقه، اندازه قطر ساقه، قطر گزیلم، قطر آبکش، قطر کلانشیم، قطر اپیدرم، قطر پوست، قطر پایه کرک و تعداد ردیف سلول‌های کلانشیم، بعد از آماده سازی نمونه‌ها به کمک نرم افزار ImageJ مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. درخت تبارشناختی به کمک نرم افزار Past 4.13v ترسیم گردید و روابط گونه‌ای این سرده مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. جهت افتراق گونه‌ها در این سرده، با ارزش‌ترین صفت ضخامت پوست ساقه و کم ارزش‌ترین صفت، قطر ساقه تشخیص داده شد. همچنین مشخص شد که به دلیل پایین بودن سطح تغییرات (48 درصد)، صفات ساقه جهت مطالعه سیستماتیکی این سرده تنوع زیادی را نشان نداده و ارزش چندانی ندارد. اما می‌تواند در ترسیم درخت تبارشناختی و نشان دادن روابط گونه‌ای مفید باشد. بر اساس درخت حاصل از صفات تشریحی ساقه، "روابط بین گونه‌ای" متفاوت نشان داده می شود و گروه‌بندی‌های در سطح زیر سرده و سری بدست آمده از مطالعات پیشین را تایید نمی‌کند.

چکیده [English]

The genus Myosotis L. is present in Iran with 18 herbaceous species, which mostly grow in temperate and humid regions. The present study was conducted for the first time to identify and describe the important anatomical features of the stem in this genus. Qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the stem of 14 species such as stem condition, stem diameter, xylem diameter, phloem diameter, collenchyma diameter, epidermis diameter, cortex diameter, trichome base diameter, and the number of rows of collenchyma cells were measured by ImageJ software. The phylogenetic tree was drawn with the help of Past 4.13v software and the species relationships of this genus were studied. To differentiate the species in this genus, the most valuable trait was cortex diameter and the least valuable trait was stem diameter. It was also found that due to the low level of changes (48 %), the stem traits did not show much diversity for the systematic study of this genus. Based on the tree derived from the anatomical features of the stem, "interspecies relations" are shown differently and it does not confirm the groupings at the level of subgenus and series obtained from previous studies.
