Treatments included wheat cultivation in Back cross of Roshan cultivar in two types of clay-loam and loam-sandy soil (two locations) in four levels of humic acid spraying (0, 5, 10 and 15 gr/1000) in stem elongation. The results showed that by consuming 15 gr/1000 of humic acid per hectare in two types of soil, the highest yield (clay-loam and loam-sand, respectively, 7800.3 and 5270 kg / h) was produced. In the loam-sandy soil, the amount of proline and chlorophyll content of amino acids increased with increasing consumption of humic acid. Changes in photothermal ratio of booting stage to pollination in contrast to the amount of humic acid follow the second order equation. Humic acid consumption reduced the photothermal ratio, and this decrease as a result of consumption of humic acid had a positive effect on increasing the length of developmental stages. The grain yield per unit area corresponded to the photothermal ratio of booting stage to pollination from the second order equation. Humic acid increased the chlorophyll content (53.3 to 57.26 SPAD) and proline content of leaves (295 to 376.1 mg/kg leaf); thereby it caused the adjustment of thermal stress and increasing the length of the growing season. Clay-loamy soil produced higher grain yield than loam-sandy under both consumption and non-consumption of humic acid.}, keywords = {Chlorophyll,Proline,radiation,Stress,temperature}, title_fa = {تعدیل فیزیولوژیکی تنش گرمایی انتهای فصل و تغییر در طول مراحل نموی گندم با مصرف اسید هیومیک در دو نوع خاک متفاوت}, abstract_fa = {به منظور ارزیابی اثر نوع خاک و محلول‌پاشی اسید هیومیک بر عملکرد و طول دوره رشد گندم آزمایشی بصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح پایه بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار طی سال زراعی 1396-1395 در شهرستان سبزوار انجام شد. تیمارها شامل کشت گندم بک کراس روشن در دو نوع خاک رسی-لومی و لوم- شنی در چهار سطح محلول‌پاشی اسید هیومیک (صفر، 5، 10 و 15 گرم در هزار ) در مرحله پنجه‌زنی (مرحله 25-22 زادوکس) بود. نتایج نشان داد که با مصرف 15 گرم در هزار اسید هیومیک در دو نوع خاک بیشترین عملکرد دانه (به ترتیب خاک رسی-لومی و لوم-شنی، 3/7800 و 5270 کیلوگرم در هکتار) تولید شد. مصرف اسید هیومیک باعث کاهش کسر فتوترمال (به صورت معادله درجه دو) شد که اثر مثبت بر افزایش طول مراحل نموی داشت. در شرایط خاک رسی-لومی با توجه به مدل پیشنهادی در 435/0 فتوترمال حداکثر عملکرد حاصل شد و زمانی که فتوترمال به 47/0 رسید در این صورت عملکرد صفر شد. اسید هیومیک با افزایش کلروفیل (از 3/53 به 26/57 اسپاد)، پرولین (از 295 به 1/376 میلی‌گرم بر کیلو‌گرم) و وزن خشک کل (از 8/9250 به 9/13150 کیلوگرم در هکتار) سبب تعدیل تنش گرمایی و افزایش مراحل رشد (روز تا طویل شدن ساقه‌ها (مرحله30 زادوکس) (دو روز)، مرحله تورم غلاف برگ پرچم (مرحله43 زادوکس) (یک روز) و گرده‌افشانی (مرحله61-60 زادوکس) (سه روز)) شد.}, keywords_fa = {Chlorophyll,Proline,radiation,Stress,temperature}, url = {https://plant.ijbio.ir/article_2076.html}, eprint = {https://plant.ijbio.ir/article_2076_a5b241fb03dc42c309c458c5a9d6f13b.pdf} }
