The experiment consisted of salinity stress at three levels (0, 25 and 75 mM of sodium chloride), lead in three concentrations (0, 10-5, 10-3 M of Lead nitrate) and stress ameliorators included 0 and 5 mg/L sodium selenate and 200 μm sodium hydrogen sulfide. The results showed that salinity and lead caused a significant reduction in root and shoot dry weight, absorption of potassium and zinc in root and shoot. Different concentrations of Lead had different effects on the studied traits. At 10-5 M of lead nitrate was observed, the reduction in absorption of lead and as a result improvement in root and shoot dry weight than without salinity. Whereas, application of selenium and hydrogen sulfide significantly improved the growth traits of garlic under salinity stress and Lead. Application of 5 mg/L sodium selenate and 200 μm sodium hydrogen sulfide cause reduce in the accumulation Pb in garlic seedlings and this is followed by an improvement in the content of the elements and as a result, growth increased under salinity stress and lead concentration especially at 10-5 Pb However, in the concentration of lead 10-3M, this effect was not observed. It is worth noting that in the present experiment, the positive effect of selenium on sodium hydrogen sulfide was more pronounced.}, keywords = {elements absorption,Selenium,Hydrogen Sulfide,Salinity,Lead}, title_fa = {اثر سلنیوم و سولفید هیدروژن بر رشد و جذب عناصر در گیاهچه‌های سیر(Allium sativum) تحت تاثیر سرب و تنش شوری}, abstract_fa = {اثر سلنیوم و سولفید‌هیدروژن بر گیاهچههای سیر تحت تاثیر شوری و غلظت‌های مختلف سرب، طی آزمایشی به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی در سه تکرار بررسی شد. تنش شوری در سطوح صفر، 25 و 75 میلیمولار از کلرید سدیم، سرب در سه غلظت صفر، 5-10 و 3-10 مولار نیترات سرب و تخفیف‌دهنده‌ی تنش شامل سلنیوم با غلظت 5 میلیگرم بر لیتر سلنات‌ سدیم و سولفید‌هیدروژن با غلظت 200 میکرو‌مولار از ترکیب هیدروژن‌سولفید‌سدیم و بدون کاربرد تخفیف‌دهنده بود. بر اساس نتایج حاصله، با افزایش تنش شوری و غلظت سرب کاهش معنیداری در وزن خشک و عناصر پتاسیم، روی و آهن ریشه و اندام هوایی گیاه مشاهده شد. غلظت 5-10 مولار نیترات سرب در سطوح مختلف شوری سبب کاهش جذب سرب در ریشه و اندام هوایی گیاه و به دنبال آن بهبود جذب سایر عناصر نسبت به شرایط بدون شوری شد. از سوی دیگر کاربرد سلنیوم و سولفید هیدروژن موجب بهبود معنی‌دار رشد گیاهچه سیر تحت تنشهای شوری و سرب گردید. کاربرد 5 میلی‌گرم در لیتر سلنات سدیم و 200 میکرومولار هیدروژن سولفید سدیم باعث کاهش جذب سرب در بافتهای گیاه و به دنبال آن بهبود محتوای عناصر و در نتیجه افزایش رشد تحت تنش شوری وغلظت سرب 5-10 شد ولی در غلظت3-10 مولار تاثیری نداشت. با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده اثر مثبت سلنیوم بر کاهش جذب سدیم و سرب و همچنین بهبود پارامترهای رشدی گیاهچه‌های سیر تحت تاثیر سرب در تنش شوری نسبت به سولفید هیدروژن بیشتر بود.}, keywords_fa = {جذب عناصر,سلنیوم,سولفید هیدروژن,شوری,سرب}, url = {https://plant.ijbio.ir/article_2005.html}, eprint = {https://plant.ijbio.ir/article_2005_e4a12af9849ed0b3df4dba0956657905.pdf} }
