In order to evaluate the response of plant to nitrogen fertilizers in saline soils, a factorial experiment was conducted based on randomized complete block design with three replications in 2018 at Urmia University. Treatments included nitrogen fertilizer (urea, Azotobacter as a foliar application and Azotobacter as a seeds inoculant and no-fertilizer as control), and two planting bed, saline and normal, with conductivity of 6.7 and 0.91 ds/m respectively. The highest amount of catalase, ascorbate peroxidase and activity total phenol content wasto plants grown under saline soil without any nitrogen fertilizer. However, their values decreased significantly for all fertilizer treatments. All constituents of seed mucilage were higher in non-saline conditions. While application of urea increased rhamnose content, Azotobacter inoculation caused xylose, glucose and galactose content to be increased under non-saline condition. Urea was preferred for the production of raffinose, arabinose, galacturonic acid and glucuronic acid. Salinity, likewise fertilizer treatments had no significant effect on oil content and mucilage. In all treatments, salinity increased the antioxidants, which was related to plant response to stress conditions. In the case of soluble sugars, nitrogen fertilizers prevented excessive reduction and moderated this amount. Despite increasing saturated and unsaturated fatty acids under soil salinity, fertilizer treatments increased the saturated fatty acids (stearic, palmitoleic, palmitic and myristic) against decreasing unsaturated fatty acids (linolenic, linoleic and oleic).}, keywords = {antioxidant,Azotobacter,Fatty acid,Lallemantia iberica,Total phenol}, title_fa = {پاسخ آنزیمی، ترکیبات موسیلاژ و اسیدهای چرب گیاه بالنگوی شهری به منابع شیمیایی و بیولوژیک نیتروژن در شرایط تنش شوری}, abstract_fa = {بالنگوی شهری یکی از گیاهان خانواده نعناعیان که دارای 30% روغن و موسیلاژ دانه می‌باشد. برای ارزیابی تاثیر منابع مختلف نیتروژن در شرایط شوری، آزمایشی در قالب فاکتوریل بر پایه طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در سال 1397 در دانشگاه ارومیه انجام شد. تیمارهای آزمایش متشکل از چهار نوع کود نیتروژنه که شامل (کود اوره در فاز رویشی، ازتوباکتر به دو صورت محلول‌پاشی و بذرمال (تیمار بذرمال در زمان کاشت با بذور مخلوط شده و تیمار محلول‌پاشی در فاز رویشی اضافه گردید) و تیمار بدون کود به‌عنوان شاهد) و دو بستر خاک (غیر شور 91/0 و شور 70/6 دسی‌زیمنس بر متر) مرتب شدند. بیشترین میزان فعالیت‌های آنزیم کاتالاز، آسکوربات پراکسیداز و محتوای فنل کل مربوط به گیاهان رشد کرده در خاک شور بدون تیمار کودی بود. کلیه ترکیبات موجود در موسیلاژ بالنگو در شرایط غیر شور بیشتر بود. تیمار بذرمال ازتوباکتر برای زایلوز، گلوکز و گالاکتوز، و تیمار اوره برای رامنوز بیشترین مقادیر را در شرایط غیرشور نشان دادند. کاربرد اوره برای تولید رافینوز، آرابینوز، گالاکتورونیک و گلوکورونیک اسید برتری داشت. شوری و تیمارهای کودی تأثیر معنی‌داری روی درصد روغن و موسیلاژ نداشتند. در کلیه تیمار‌های کودی، شوری باعث افزایش میزان آنتی‌اکسیدانت‌ها شد. در مورد قند‌های محلول کود‌های نیتروژنه از کاهش بیش‌ازحد جلوگیری کرده و باعث تعدیل این مقدار شد. باوجود افزایش اسید‌های چرب اشباع و غیراشباع در شرایط شوری خاک، تیمار‌های کودی باعث افزایش اسید‌های چرب اشباع (استئاریک، پالمیتولئیک، پالمتیک و میریستیک) و کاهش اسید‌های چرب غیراشباع (لینولنیک، لینولئیک و اولئیک) شدند.}, keywords_fa = {آنتی‌اکسیدانت,اسید چرب,ازتوباکتر,بالنگوی شهری,فنل کل}, url = {https://plant.ijbio.ir/article_1953.html}, eprint = {https://plant.ijbio.ir/article_1953_f698c0859b273aaaa1735a15dd7b8f06.pdf} }
