The evaluation of the morphological traits of different populations of this species is necessary for its domestication. Eight populations of this plant were collected from three provinces of Markazi (Shazand, Khan e miran bala, Khan e miran paien and Arak), Hamedan (Malayer 1, Malayer 2 and Jovzan) and Lorestan (Zaghe) at full flowering period. 31 quantitative and qualitative traits were evaluated. The results indicated that there was a significant difference between the populations for most studied traits. The stem cork, calyx color, leaf cork and number of essential oil glands had the highest coefficient of variation among the populations. The maximum length and diameter of inflorescences and leaf length in Zaghe, the highest leaf area in Shazand, the highest number of essential glands and leaf width in Khan e miran bala and the highest number of flowers in inflorescences was observed in Malayer 1 population. Some significant positive and negative correlations were observed between traits. Cluster analysis of populations based on measured traits putted populations in three clusters (Zaghe, Shazand and other populations). In general, the results indicated a high variation among populations, which could be due to habitat conditions or populations genetic. We suggest to repeat such studies to investigate the impact of habitat conditions on morphological traits of this species. This can be helpful for choosing the best population for domestication.}, keywords = {Thymus daenensis Celak,Diversity,Population,Morphologic}, title_fa = {بررسی تنوع مورفولوژیکی بین جمعیت‌های مختلف آویشن‌دنایی (Thymus daenensis Celak.)}, abstract_fa = {گیاه دارویی آویشن‌دنایی (Thymus daenensis Celak.) متعلق به تیره‌ی نعناع (Lamiaceae) از گیاهان انحصاری ایران بوده که بواسطه‌ی میزان اسانس بالا و نیز تیمول بالایی که دارد، شایان توجه است. ارزیابی تنوع بین جمعیت‌های این گونه در راستای اهلی‌سازی آن امری ضروری است. بدین منظور هشت جمعیت از این گیاه از سه استان مرکزی (شازند، خانه‌میران بالا، خانه‌میران پائین، اراک)، همدان (ملایر 1، ملایر 2 و جوزان) و لرستان (زاغه) در زمان گلدهی کامل جمع‌آوری و 31 صفت کمی و کیفی آنها مورد ارزیابی‌های مورفولوژیک قرار گرفت. نتایج بیانگر آن بود که در اکثر صفات تفاوت معنی‌داری بین جمعیت‌ها وجود داشت. صفات کرک ساقه، رنگ کاسه، کرک برگ و تعداد غدد اسانس‌دار برگ دارای بیشترین ضریب تغییرات بین جمعیت‌ها بودند. در بین صفات مهم این گیاه، بیشترین طول و قطر گل‌آذین و طول برگ در جمعیت زاغه‌، بیشترین سطح برگ در جمعیت شازند، بیشترین تعداد غدد اسانس‌دار و عرض برگ در جمعیت خانه‌میران بالا و بیشترین تعداد گل در گل‌آذین در جمعیت ملایر 1 دیده شد. بین صفات مورد مطالعه همبستگی‌های مثبت و منفی معنی‌داری مشاهده شد. تجزیه خوشه‌ای جمعیت‌ها بر‌اساس صفات اندازه‌گیری شده، جمعیت‌ها را در سه خوشه (زاغه، شازند و سایر جمعیت‌ها) قرار داد. بطور کلی نتایج بیانگر تنوع بسیار بالایی بین جمعیت‌ها بود که این تنوع می‌تواند ناشی از شرایط رویشگاه یا ژنتیک جمعیت‌ها باشد. مطلوب‌تر آنست که جمعیت‌ها در شرایط کشت یکسان مورد ارزیابی قرار گیرند تا تاثیر شرایط رویشگاه حذف شده و به نتیجه‌ی مطلوب‌تری در انتخاب جمعیت برتر دست یافت.}, keywords_fa = {آویشن‌دنایی,تنوع,جمعیت,مورفولوژیک}, url = {https://plant.ijbio.ir/article_1551.html}, eprint = {https://plant.ijbio.ir/article_1551_c73f91f251b439b3cc1da6cd3ff56724.pdf} }
