The challenge of reducing biodiversity in the natural ecosystems of the planet is one of the major issues in the near future. In this research, the flora of Valuye, Kiasar were evaluated to select the main protected sites and also the effect of altitude and direction on plant diversity and richness. The sampling was carried out along 14 transects (50 m) with a total of 140 plots in two directions (north and south) and 3 altitudinal intervals (i.e. six ecological sites). Our findings presented 78 plant species from 20 families of which Poaceae family had the most frequency (23%) in the studied area. It was revealed that plant diversity and species richness are significantly affected by altitude and direction. The floristic results showed the highest species richness at 1800-2000m altitudinal interval. The Shannon index displayed the highest diversity at 1800-2000 and 2000-2200 m altitudinal intervals. The results showed that there is a significant difference (p < 0.05) between north and south directions based on Simpson, Gini-Simpson and species richness indices. High plant diversity and the presence of high number of vulnerable species in third site (2000-2200 m altitudinal interval and northern direction) indicated that this site could be as conservation priority. The southern sites at all altitudinal intervals (i.e. 1600-1800, 1800-2000 m and 2000-2200 m) were considered as restoration priority due to the low plant diversity and species richness.}, keywords = {Conservation site,species diversity,height gradient,Flora,Valuye Kiasar}, title_fa = {انتخاب سایت‌های حفاظتی به منظور برنامه‌ریزی مدیریتی بر اساس ارزیابی فلورستیکی و تنوع گونه‌ای (مطالعه موردی: ولویه کیاسر، مازندران)}, abstract_fa = {رشد شتابنده جمعیت انسانی و پیشرفت فن‌آوری موجب تخریب گونه‌های گیاهی و متعاقباً کاهش تنوع‌زیستی شده است. در آینده نزدیک، چالش کاهش تنوع زیستی و انقراض گونه‌ای در اکوسیستم‌های طبیعی کره زمین از مشکلات اصلی است. این پژوهش به منظور انتخاب سایت‌های مهم حفاظتی از دیدگاه فلورستیکی (تنوع گونه‌ای و گونه‌های در معرض خطر) منطقه ولویه کیاسر و نیز بررسی اثر ارتفاع و جهت بر تنوع و غنای گونه‌های گیاهی صورت پذیرفت. نمونه‌برداری با استفاده از 14 ترانسکت 50 متری و 140 پلات در سه طبقه ارتفاعی که در دو جهت شمالی و جنوبی گسترش یافته‌اند و جمعاً شش سایت اکولوژیکی را تشکیل ‌دادند، انجام گردید. نتایج نشان می‌دهد در مجموع 78 گونه گیاهی از 20 تیره در این منطقه پراکنش دارند که خانواده Poaceae با 23 درصد بیشترین فراوانی را دارا می‌باشد. این مطالعه نشان می‌دهد که ارتفاع از سطح دریا و جهت دامنه بر تنوع و غنای گونه‌ای منطقه تاثیر معنی‌دار داشته است. به طوری که بیشترین غنای گونه‌ای مربوط به طبقه ارتفاعی (2000- 1800) می‌باشد. شاخص شانون در دو طبقه ارتفاعی (2000- 1800 و 2200- 2000) بیشترین میزان تنوع گیاهی معنی‌دار را نشان داد. همچنین نتایج حاکی از آن است که جهت دامنه تاثیر معنی‌داری در سطح پنج درصد (05/0P<) بر شاخص‌های سیمپسون، جنی- سیمپسون و غنای گونه‌ای داشته است. از دیدگاه فلورستیکی، ما معتقدیم که سایت سوم (طبقه ارتفاعی 2200- 2000 و جهت شمالی) به دلیل دارا بودن تعداد زیاد گونه‌های آسیب‌پذیر و نزدیک تهدید و نیز تنوع گونه‌ای بالا، در اولویت حفاظت قرار دارد.}, keywords_fa = {سایت های حفاظتی,تنوع گیاهی,گرادیان ارتفاعی,فلور,ولویه کیاسر}, url = {https://plant.ijbio.ir/article_1544.html}, eprint = {https://plant.ijbio.ir/article_1544_80f1588506fcb8db98e2600bc97b2785.pdf} }
