In this study, the effects of SiNP on growth factors, antioxidant enzymes and anatomy of Avean sativa L. were compared with sodium silicate. The experiments were conducted in laboratory with four concentrations of 2.5, 5, 7.5 and 10 mM sodium silicate and SiNP, and the plants received only silicon treatments only 7days at the germination stage. The results showed that SiNPs didn’t have toxic effect on the growth and tissue structure of treated plants and also had a positive effect on many measured parameters. Both forms of silicon increased the growth of leaves, especially the vascular sheath cells, the diameter of the meta-xylem openings and the thickness of vascular cell wall, as well as the diameter of the stem, the vascular poles and the meta-xylem openings II. Unlike the leaf and shoot, both forms of silicon had no positive effects on the most measured-parameters of roots. The activity of superoxide dismutase increased in the presence of SiNP that accompanied with significant increase in vascular cell was thickness compared to the other treatments. These changes can be due to the expression of genes that have been induced in germination phase. In general, the positive effect of sodium silicate on growth and anatomical factors was far greater than that of SiNP.}, keywords = {Silicon,Nano-silicon,Antioxidant enzymes,Oat}, title_fa = {اثر کوتاه مدت ذرات نانوسیلیکون بر برخی ویژگی های بافت شناختی و فیزیولوژیکی گیاه جودوسر (Avean sativa L.) و مقایسه آن با اثر سیلیکات سدیم}, abstract_fa = {گسترش استفاده از نانومواد از جمله نانوسیلیکون در صنعت، پزشکی و کشاورزی خطر ورود آنها به محیط‌زیست را افزایش‌داده، بنابراین بررسی اثرات احتمالی آنها بر موجودات‌زنده از جمله گونه‌های گیاهی ضروری به‌نظر می‌رسد. در پژوهش حاضر اثر نانوسیلیکون بر فاکتورهای‌رشد، فعالیت آنزیم‌های آنتی‌اکسیدانی و آناتومی‌گیاه جودوسر (Avean sativa L.) در مقایسه با سیلیکات‌سدیم بررسی‌شد. آزمایش‌ها در شرایط‌آزمایشگاهی و با چهار غلظت 5/2، 5، 5/7 و 10 میلی‌مولار سیلیکات‌سدیم و نانوسیلیکون به اجرا درآمد و گیاهان تنها به‌مدت 7روز در مرحله جوانی‌زنی سیلیکون را دریافت‌کردند. نتایج نشان‌دادند که نانوسیلیکون اثر منفی و سمی بر رشد و ساختار بافتی گیاهان تیمارشده‌ نداشته و در بسیاری از صفات اندازه‌گیری شده نیز اثرات مثبتی را درمقایسه با گروه شاهد برجای گذاشت. بهبود رشد برگ‌ها و خصوصا سلول‌های غلاف‌آوندی، قطر دهانه‌آوندی، افزایش ضخامت دیواره‌سلولی آوندچوب و هم‌چنین افزایش قطر ساقه، قطب‌های آوندی و دهانه‌آوندی‌ثانویه همگی از آثار قرارگیری در معرض نانوسیلیکون و سیلیکات بود. برخلاف برگ و ساقه، هردو شکل سیلیکون به کاررفته دریک نگاه کلی، اثرات مثبت معنی‌داری را بر صفات اندازه‌گیری‌شده در ریشه نداشتند. افزایش فعالیت آنزیم‌ سوپراکسید‌دیسموتاز در حضور نانوسیلیکون با افزایش معنی‌دار ضخامت دیواره‌سلولی نسبت به سایر تیمارها همراه بود که ارتباط فعالیت این آنزیم و سنتز لیگنین در دیواره را نشان می‌داد. تغییرات مشاهده‌شده در گیاهان تیمارشده، با وجود کوتاه‌بودن زمان تیمار، می‌توانند نشان‌دهنده القای ژن‌های متعدد درگیر در رشد گیاه توسط سیلیکون در همان ابتدای جوانه‌زنی باشند. درنهایت با نگاهی کلی به نتایج می-توان گفت تاثیر مثبت سیلیکات‌سدیم بر صفات رویشی و تشریحی به مراتب بیشتر از نانوسیلیکون بود.}, keywords_fa = {سیلیکون,نانوسیلیکون,آنزیم های آنتی اکسیدان,جودوسر}, url = {https://plant.ijbio.ir/article_1536.html}, eprint = {https://plant.ijbio.ir/article_1536_8753ce01b01a15e0bf842051fa6bdfcd.pdf} }
