The potato tuber moth, Phthorimaea operculella Zeller is an important pest of potato in the fields and stores especially in tropical and subtropical regions of the world. The damage of this pest in stores is more serious than the fields. In this research the extracts of four different medicinal plants including: eucalyptus, Eucalyptus camaldulensis Dehn., lemon balm, Melissa officinalis L., Acanthophyllum bracteatum Boiss. and rampion, Heracleum persicum Desf. Were studied in the growth chamber set at 25±2˚C, 65±5% RH and photoperiod of 14 light and 10 dark hours. In the study of ovicidal effects, the LC50 in eucalyptus and rampion were 7.07 and 6.95%, respectively. In the study of first instar larval penetration, it was found that all the extracts were significantly lower than the control. In oviposition inhibition test, it was found that all the plant extracts have significantly reduced the oviposition of the potato tuber moth. In the fumigant effect experiments, there was no significant difference between the plant extracts and the control. Therefore it was concluded that none of the plant extracts have fumigant effects on different life stages of the potato tuber moth. Therefore, it can be concluded that eucalyptus and rampion extracts can be used to control the composting of potato tuber moth due to the appropriate controlling effects on this pest.}, keywords = {plant extracts,potato tuber moth,potato cultivars}, title_fa = {تاثیر عصاره‌های اکالیپتوس، بادرنجبویه، چوبک و گلپر روی بید سیب زمینی، ( Phthorimaea operculella (Zeller در شرایط آزمایشگاهی}, abstract_fa = {با توجه به اثرات جانبی زیان‌آور حشره‌کش‌های شیمیایی، امروزه استفاده از ترکیبات با منشأ گیاهی مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. بید سیب‌زمینی، Phthorimaea operculella (Zeller)، آفت مهم سیب‌زمینی در سطح مزارع و انبارهای مناطق گرمسیری و نیمه‌گرمسیری جهان است. خسارت این آفت در انبارها جدی‌تر از خسارت آن در مزارع است. در این بررسی، عصاره‌های چهار گیاه دارویی شامل: اکالیپتوس Eucalyptus camaldulensis Dehn.، بادرنجبویه، Melissa officinalis L.، چوبک برگ‌دار Acanthophyllum bracteatum Boiss. و گلپر Heracleum persicum Desf.، در اتاقک رشد تنظیم‌شده در دمای 2±25 درجه‌ی سلسیوس، رطوبت نسبی 5±65 درصد و دوره‌ی نوری 14 ساعت روشنایی و 10 ساعت تاریکی روی این آفت مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. در بررسی اثر تخم‌کشی، نتایج نشان داد که مقدار(Lethal Concentration) LC50 برای عصاره‌های اکالیپتوس و گلپر به ترتیب 07/7 و 95/6 درصد است. در تعیین درصد نفوذ لاروهای سن اول، درصد نفوذ این لاروها در تمامی عصاره‌ها به طور معنی‌داری کمتر از شاهد بود. در آزمایش بازدارندگی تخم‌ریزی، مشخص شد که هر چهار عصاره‌ی گیاهی، میزان تخم‌ریزی آفت را به طور معنی‌داری کاهش داده‌اند. در بررسی اثرات تدخینی عصاره‌های گیاهان مورد بررسی هیچ تفاوت معنی‌داری بین این عصاره‌ها و شاهد مشاهده نشد. لذا نتیجه‌گیری شد که هیچ کدام از عصاره‌های گیاهی مورد مطالعه روی بید سیب‌زمینی خاصیت تدخینی ندارند. بنابراین، می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که عصاره‌های اکالیپتوس و گلپر به دلیل اثرات کنترل‌کنندگی مناسبی که روی بید سیب‌زمینی دارند، می‌توانند در کنترل تلفیقی این آفت مورد استفاده قرار گیرند.}, keywords_fa = {عصاره‌های گیاهی,بید سیب‌زمینی,ارقام سیب‌زمینی}, url = {https://plant.ijbio.ir/article_1433.html}, eprint = {https://plant.ijbio.ir/article_1433_de211afb2cbc9ebe7e7e651efc990196.pdf} }
