تنش خشکی و کاربرد زئولیت معدنی بر رشد و برخی پارامترهای فیزیولوژیکی گیاه پنیرک (Malva sylvestris)
این آزمایش به منظور بررسی اثرات تنشخشکی و کاربرد زئولیت معدنی بر خصوصیات مورفولوژیکی و فیزیولوژیکی گیاه دارویی پنیرک، به صورت کرتهای خرد شده بر پایه بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در سال 1390 در شهرستان مراغه اجرا شد. عامل اصلی شامل سه سطح آبیاری به صورت شاهد (100درصد ظرفیت زراعی)، تنشخشکی ملایم (75 درصد ظرفیت زراعی) و تنشخشکی شدید (50 درصد ظرفیت زراعی) و مقادیر زئولیت در پنج سطح (عدم کاربرد زئولیت، دو، چهار، شش، هشت گرم در هر کیلوگرم خاک) به عنوان عامل فرعی در نظر گرفته شدند. نتایج نشان داد در بین صفات مورد بررسی اختلاف معنیداری وجود داشت، بهطوری که بالاترین وزن تر اندام هوایی (164 گرم)، ریشه (66/87 گرم)، طول ساقه (79 سانتیمتر)، هدایت روزنهای (875 میلیمول بر مترمربع درثانیه)، بالاترین میانگین نشت الکترولیت (72/87 میلیموس بر سانتیمتر)، بیشترین مقدارکلروفیل a (72/0 میلیگرم بر گرم)، b (06/9میلیگرم بر گرم) متعلق به میزان هشت گرم زئولیت و 100درصد رطوبت ظرفیت زراعی بود. بالاترین میزان قندهای محلول(20/155 میلیگرم در هر گرم وزن خشک) و کمترین میزان نسبی آب برگ (72/40 درصد) متعلق به عدم کاربرد زئولیت و50 درصد رطوبت ظرفیت زراعی بود. کاربرد سطوح مختلف زئولیت در هر سه شرایط رطوبتی خاک سبب بهبود در بسیاری از صفات فوق شد. به طور کلی نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که میتوان با به کارگیری زئولیت، از هدر رفت آب در شرایط کم آبی جلوگیری کرده و آن را بهتر و بیشتر در دسترس گیاه قرار داد.

بررسی اثرات دگر آسیبی اویارسلام ((Cyperus difformis L. بر مراحل جوانه زنی و گیاهچه ای برنج طارم محلی (Oryza sativa L. Tarommahalli)
برنج (Oryza sativa L.) گیاهی از خانواده گندمیان و اویارسلام ((Cyperus difformis L. یکی از علف های هرز رایج مزارع برنج است. جهت بررسی اثر دگرآسیبی اویارسلام بر برنج، آزمایشی با استفاده از عصاره های آبی 50% و 100% اندام زیر زمینی و اندام هوایی اویارسلام بر مراحل جوانه زنی و گیاهچه ای انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد عصاره های اویارسلام درصد جوانه زنی، سرعت جوانه زنی و وزن خشک کل را نسبت به شاهد (به ترتیب 72%، seed day-1884/0 و g322/0) کاهش داد (05/0≥p). در مرحله گیاهچه ای، طول اندام هوایی در همه تیمار ها کاهش یافت ولی معنی دار نبود. بعلاوه محتوای آب برگ گیاهچه ها با تمام غلظت ها افزایش معنی دار ولی با عصاره 50% اندام زیر زمینی (90/50%) نسبت به شاهد (07/53%) کاهش معنی داری داشت (05/0≥p). وزن تر و خشک اندام هوایی در همه تیمار ها در مقایسه با شاهد به ترتیب (g0764 /0 و g0123/0) افزایش (05/0≥p) یافتند. همچنین وزن تر ریشه با هر دو عصاره های 50% اندام زیر زمینی و هوایی افزایش یافت ولی معنی دار نبود. نتایج نشان داد مرحله جوانه زنی برنج با تمام عصاره های اویارسلام به طور معنی داری جلوگیری شد (05/0≥p). ولی عصاره های آبی اویارسلام دارای اثرات مورفولوژیکی و فیزیولوژیکی متفاوتی در مرحله گیاهچه ای بر حسب اندام داشت، از قبیل کاهش طول اندام هوایی که معنی دار نبود اما وزن تر و خشک اندام هوایی و نیز محتوای آب برگ ها نسبت به شاهد افزایش معنی داری (05/0≥p) را نشان دادند.

تحلیل پوشش گیاهی پهنه های تفرجی پارک جنگلی سی سنگان، استان مازندران
شناسایی عناصرگیاهی و بررسی ویژگیهای بومشناختی آنها معیاری از کیفیت اکوسیستمهای جنگلی محسوب میشود. از اینرو، انجام چنین مطالعاتی در این رویشگاهها به منظور مطالعه دقیق ترکیب فلورستیکی ضروری است چرا که براساس نتایج حاصل از آن پیشبینی روند تغییرات آینده و امکان مدیریت بهتر در جهت حفظ گونههای در خطر انقراض میسر میشود. بر این اساس، مطالعه حاضر به منظور بررسی یکی از رویشگاههای جلگهای ویژه در جنوب دریای خزر با تکیه بر صفات پوشش گیاهی پهنه تفرجی انجام شد. در این مطالعه 80 قطعه نمونه یک آری به روش نمونهبرداری تصادفی-سیستماتیک انتخاب و سپس مشخصه-های کمی و کیفی مربوط به پوشش درختی، درختچهای و علفی در آن برداشت شد. مولفههای تراکم، درصد پوشش، بسامد، وفور و حضور برای اشکوب فوقانی جنگلی و کفپوش علفی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. مطابق یافتههای این مطالعه 35 گونه گیاهی شامل 17 گونه درختی و درختچهای و 18 گونه علفی در پهنه تفرجی پارک جنگلی سیسنگان شناسایی شد. نتایج نشاندهنده ارتباط نرخ کاهش درصد پوشش اشکوب فوقانی با نرخ توسعه پوشش کف بود. به طور کلی در پهنه تفرجی، بسامد گونههای Buxus hyrcana (شمشاد) و Carpinus betulus (ممرز) به طور چشمگیری از سایر گونهها بیشتر میباشد که با توجه به اهمیت حفاطتی این دو گونه، توجه ویژه به این ذخیرهگاه و حراست از آن ضروری است. با توجه به شرایط موجود به منظور حفظ گونههای گیاهی منطقه، لازم است که سازمانهای مسئول در جهت حفاظت این رویشگاه که دارای گونههای حفاظتی مطابق فهرست اتحادیه جهانی حفاظت است، توجه بیشتری نشان دهند.

بررسی و مقایسه جمیعت باکتری های موثر در چرخه نیتروژن در اکوسیستم های جنگلی تخریب یافته و سالم جنگلی در راشستانهای ناحیه خزری
چرخه ازت شامل تثبیت ازت، معدنی شدن ترکیبات ازته آلی، نیتریفیکاسیون و دنیتریفیکاسیون میباشد که میکروارگانیسمها نقش مهمی در آن دارند.. در این تحقیق جوامع میکروبی موثر در چرخه ازت، پتانسیل نیتریفیکاسیون و آنزیم نیترات رودکتاز در رویشگاههای دستخورده و نخورده راش در دو استان مازندران و گیلان بررسی شد. جوامع میکروبی اکسیدکننده آمونیوم و نیتریت و denitrifier با استفاده از روش بیشترین تعداد احتمالی مطالعه شدند. پتانسیل نیتریفیکاسیون و فعالیت نیترات رودکتاز نیز با روشهای رنگ ستجی اندازهگیری شد. نتایج نشان دهنده تفاوت جوامع میکروبی، پتانسیل نیتریفیکاسیون و نیز نیترات رودکتاز در بین رویشگاههای دستخورده و نخورده راش بود. بالاترین جوامع میکروبی در مرحله اپتیمال رویشگاههای دستنخورده مشاهده شد و در هر حالت بیش از رویشگاه های دستخورده بود که ناشی ازشرایط اکولوژیک مطلوبتر در نواحی دستنخورده باشد که شرایط را برای رشد جوامع میکروبی مناسبتر میسازد. کاهش پتانسیل نیتریفیکاسیون در رویشگاه های دستخورده در پاییز میتواند ناشی از کاهش فعالیت جوامع میکروبی بدنبال کاهش دما و ترشحات ریشههای گیاهی باشد. در مورد آنزیم نیترات رودکتاز در رویشگاه گیلان در هر دو فصل میزان فعالیت در رویشگاه دستخورده بیش از رویشگاه دست نخورده است. این امرمیتواند ناشی از شرایط رویشگاه و وجود سوبسترای بیشتر برای آنزیم باشد که از تخریب وارد رویشگاه شده است. اما در مازندران فعالیت نیترات رودکتاز در رویشگاه دستنخورده بیش از رویشگاه دست خورده است. در مجموع شاخصهای میکروبی ابزارهای مناسبی برای تعیین شرایط خاک اکوسیستمها هستند

بررسی روند تجزیه لاشبرگ بلند مازو و کاج بروسیا با استفاده از روش کیسه لاشبرگ
هدف از مطالعه حاضر، محاسبه نرخ تجزیه لاشبرگ گونه بلندمازو و بروسیا در حالت خالص و آمیخته در تودههای دستکاشت بلندمازو (Quercus castanefolia C.A.Mey.) و بروسیا (Pinus brutia Tenore) در جنگل آموزشی و پژوهشی دانشگاه علوم کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی ساری میباشد. در فصل پاییز، برگهای تازه خزان کرده در تودههای مورد نظر جمعآوری و سپس با آب مقطر شستشو شده و در دمای 60 درجه به مدت 24 ساعت خشک شدند و درون کیسههای لاشبرگ (با منافذ دو میلیمتری) ریخته و پس از کنار زدن لایه بستر در سطح خاک در زیر تاجپوشش گونههای مورد اشاره نصب شدند. برای پر کردن کیسه لاشبرگ سه حالت، خالص10 گرمی (یک جیبه)، آمیخته 5 گرمی در کیسههای تک جیبه (آمیخته یک جیبه) و آمیخته 10 گرمی (آمیخته دو جیبه) از هر گونه بطور مجزا در کیسههای دوجیبه در نظر گرفته شد. در طول یکسال، نمونهبرداری از لاشبرگ به منظور محاسبه نرخ تجزیه و شاخص مزیت تجزیه در رویشگاه در فواصل زمانی 2، 4، 6، 8، 12 ماه، انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که متوسط نرخ تجزیه سالانه برای حالت خالص، برای سوزن کاج در توده کاج (01/4) کمتر از توده بلوط (18/4) بود ولی برای لاشبرگ بلوط در توده کاج (60/4) بیشتر از توده بلوط (58/4) بود. متوسط نرخ تجزیه سالانه برای حالت آمیخته دوجیبه در توده بلوط (51/5) بیشتر از توده کاج (97/4) بود. محاسبه شاخص تجزیه در رویشگاه نشان داد که پس از 180 روز، سرعت تجزیه لاشبرگ در رویشگاه اصلی افزایش می-یابد.

تاٌثیر جنگلکارهای بومی و غیربومی سری چای باغ قائم شهر بر تنوع زیستی گونههای گیاهی و زادآوری گونههای چوبی
تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر جنگلکارهای بومی و غیربومی بر تنوع زیستی گونههای گیاهی و زادآوری گونههای چوبی در سری چای باغ قائمشهر واقع در استان مازندران انجام پذیرفت. به این منظور، سطح 2 هکتار از هر یک از تودههای افرا پلت، توسکا ییلاقی، زربین، کاج سیاه، عرصه خالی (به عنوان شاهد) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. سپس در هر توده 15 قطعه نمونه مربعی شکل به ابعاد 20 ×20 متر برداشت شد. به منظور برداشت گونههای علفی و زادآوری گونههای چوبی میکروپلاتهایی به ابعاد 1 × 1 متر پیاده شد. برای مقایسه تنوع گونه ای در تودههای جنگلکاری شده مختلف از شاخصهای تنوع گونهای سیمپسون، شانونوینر و مکینتاش، غنای گونهای مارگالف و منهنیک، شاخصهای یکنواختی پیت و هیل استفاده گردید. تجزیه واریانس مقادیر تنوع زیستی گونههای علفی و زادآوری در تودههای مورد مطالعه نشان داد که کلیه شاخصهای مورد نظر تفاوتهای آماری معنیداری را به نمایش گذاشتهاند. در ارتباط با پوشش علفی، بیشترین مقدار شاخصهای سیمپسون، مکینتاش، مارگالف، منهینیک، پیت و هیل در منطقه شاهد و بیشترین مقدار شاخص شانونوینر در توده جنگلکاری شده کاج سیاه مشاهده شد. در خصوص زادآوری گونههای چوبی نیز بالاترین مقادیر شاخصهای مورد بررسی به توده جنگلکاری شده افراپلت اختصاص داشت . با توجه به نتایج تحقیق حاضر توصیه میشود که در جنگلکاریها به منظور حفظ و توسعه تنوع زیستی (بویژه زادآوری گونههای چوبی) هر منطقه ، گونههای پهنبرگ بومی در اولویت باشند و کاشت گونههای سوزنیبرگ فقط در شرایط خاص و به همراه اهداف خاص با مطالعه دقیق اکوسیستم منطقه انجام شود.

بررسی تاثیر خصوصیات رویشگاهی و تخریب های انسانی بر تنوع گونه های گیاهی زیر اشکوب و خاک در اکوسیستم جنگلی زاگرس با استفاده از روش تحلیل مسیر
چکیدهپایداری و سلامت اکوسیستم های طبیعی به تنوع گونه های گیاهی وابسته است. بنابراین تعیین عواملی که تنوع گونه های گیاهی را کنترل می کنند و اثر مثبت یا منفی بر آن دارند در اکولوژی اهمیت زیادی دارد. با این هدف چهار رویشگاه بلوط ایرانی در شهرستان ایلام بر اساس سابقه مدیریت و تخریب انتخاب شدند که عبارتند از: مدیریت حفاظتی 5 ساله، مدیریت حفاظتی 20 ساله، تخریب شده و شاهد یا کمتر دست خورده. مساحت تقریبی هر منطقه 100 هکتار است. با استفاده از روش تصادفی سیستماتیک در هر منطقه با ابعاد شبکه 100×200 متر در مجموع 50 قطعه نمونه 400 متر مربعی در هر منطقه پیاده شد. در مرکز هر قطعه نمونه اصلی سه نمونه خاک از عمق 0 تا 30 سانتیمتری برداشت و در نهایت یک نمونه ترکیبی به عنوان نمونه ی خاک آن قطعه نمونه به آزمایشگاه منتقل شد. برای محاسبه تنوع از شاخص تنوع شانون وینر استفاده شد. در این مطالعه به منظور بررسی اثرات مستقیم و غیر مستقیم هر یک از متغیرهای مستقل تحقیق بر متغیر وابسته از روش تحلیل مسیر استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که ظرفیت تبادل کاتیونی، پتاسیم و منیزیم محلول، نیتروژن آمونیمی و درصد تاج پوشش اشکوب فوقانی بر تنوع گونه های گیاهی اثر مستقیم و مثبت داشتند. از بین این عوامل نیتروژن آمونیمی بیشترین اثر را داشت. مهمترین عامل در تغییر تنوع گونه های گیاهی، تخریب بود، اما نقش غیر مستقیم و منفی آن بواسطه تغییر برخی خصوصیات خاک و تاج پوشش درختی بوده است.

ارزیابی اثرات تنش آبی و ریز موجودات مفید بر خصوصیات بیوشیمیایی پایههای رویشی بادام
در راستای انتخاب پایه های جدید مقاوم به کم آبی و شناسایی نشانگرهای بیوشیمیایی مرتبط با این شرایط، بررسی اثر تنش آبی و ریز موجودات مفید (Em) بر خصوصیات بیوشیمیایی قلمههای رویشی بادام مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. طرح به صورت فاکتوریل 3× 2× 4 در قالب بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه سطح آبیاری کامل، آبیاری موقعی که 33 و 66 درصد آب قابل نگهداری تخلیه شد و 4 فاکتور پایه شامل GF677، دو هیبرید طبیعی هلو× بادام(H1,H2) و رقم جوین ، با دو سطح غلظت Em (صفر و یک درصد) در 4 تکرار اجرا شد. صفات کلروفیلB ، A و کل، میزان قندهای محلول، نشاسته، پروتئین و پرولین موجود در برگ و ریشه اندازه گیری شد. تجزیه واریانس دادهها نشان داد، بین سطوح پایه ها و آبیاری در تمام صفات از نظر آماری در سطح احتمال یک درصد تفاوت معنی داری وجود دارد. نتایج نشان داد که سطوح ریز موجودات مفید در صفات پرولین، نشاسته و پروتئین برگ و ریشه و کلروفیل A تفاوت معنی داری در سطح احتمال یک درصد و کلروفیل B در سطح احتمال 5 درصد داشتند. مقدار پرولین و نشاسته در برگ و ریشه با مصرف Em نسبت به شاهد کاهش ولی درصد پروتئین در سطح احتمال 5 درصد افزایش داشت. مقدار کلروفیل وابسته به نوع و تیمار آن متفاوت بود. با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده، صفات پرولین، قندهای محلول و پروتئین برگ، نشانگرهای مناسبی به منظور بررسی تحمل به خشکی بادام محسوب و هیبرید طبیعیH1، پایه مقاوم به شرایط خشکی شناخته شد.

بررسی تأثیر شرایط محیطی بر روی کمیت و کیفیت اسانس Stachys Laxa
در این تحقیق اثر عوامل محیطی(شیب، خاک) برکمیت وکیفیت اسانس گونه Stachys laxa در استان مازندران در محدوده شهر کیاسر مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. نمونه برداری از گیاه در زمان گلدهی در اواسط خرداد ماه از سر شاخه های گلدار گونه سنبله دماوندی در دو جهت شمالی و جنوبی انجام شد. بعد از خشک شدن نمونه ها در سایه، به مقدار 100 گرم از آن ها جهت تهیه اسانس، با روش تقطیر با آب طرح کلونجر مورد استفاده قرار گرفت و اجزای اسانس با روش کروماتوگرافی گازی (GC) و کروماتوگرافی گازی متصل به طیف سنجی جرمی (GC/MS) تجزیه، تحلیل و شناسایی شدند. نمونه برداری از خاک در طول 4 ترانسکت 3 نمونه خاک از ابتدا، وسط و انتهای ترانسکت در دو جهت شیب از عمق 30-0 سانتیمتری از ریشه گیاه انجام شد و پارامترهای نیتروژن، پتاسیم، فسفر،کربن آلی، ماده آلی، اسیدیته، هدایت الکتریکی اندازه گیری شد. بر اساس نتایج، شرایط محیطی باعث اختلاف معنی دار در بازده اسانس ها در سطح یک درصد شده است به طوریکه در جهت شمالی به دلیل بالا بودن میزان نیتروژن و فسفر خاک، همچنین بالا بودن درصد ماده آلی خاک و رطوبت خاک و پایین بودن اسیدیته خاک، بازده اسانس در جهت شمالی بیشتر از جهت جنوبی بوده است. همچنین با توجه به نور بیشتر و افزایش زمان تابش آن در جهت جنوبی افزایش ترکیبات، عملکرد و کیفیت اسانس گیاه سنبله ای دماوندی در جهت جنوبی بیشتر بوده است.

حد نهایی تجزیه سوزن های نوئل در حالت خالص و ترکیبی با لاشبرگ گونه های راش، توسکا و پلت در توده دست کاشت نوئل خالص منطقه لاجیم
پویایی تجزیه لاشبرگ 4 گونه راش، توسکا، پلت و نوئل در توده دست کاشت نوئل خالص منطقه لاجیم به مدت 400 روز با استفاده از روش کیسه لاشبرگ مطالعه شد. در این مطالعه حد نهایی تجزیه سوزن های نوئل در حالت های خالص و ترکیبی با لاشبرگ گونه های راش، توسکا و پلت مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. یافته های تحقیق نشان داد که حد نهایی تجزیه در انواع لاشبرگ های مورد مطالعه متفاوت بوده و لاشبرگ توسکا با غلظت اولیه بالای نیتروژن کمترین میزان (43/0) را به خود اختصاص داده است. یافته های تحقیق نشان دادند که ترکیب سوزن های نوئل با لاشبرگ پهن برگان اثر معنی داری در افزایش نرخ ثابت تجزیه آن داشته است. همچنین سوزن های نوئل در حالت خالص کمترین حد نهایی تجزیه را دارد (66/59) و از بین ترکیب های مورد مطالعه ترکیب سوزن های نوئل با لاشبرگ راش بالاترین حد نهایی تجزیه را به خود اختصاص داده است (33/95).

آیا گونه های ماندابی استپ های البرز به عنوان شاخص های بوم شناختی قابل استفاده اند؟ آزمون یک فرضیه و ترسیم نیمرخ بوم شناختی گونه ها
مانداب های شیب های جنوبی رشته کوه های البرز ویژگی های منحصر به فردی دارند. تاکنون مطالعات کمی درباره گونه های شاخص و عوامل موثر بر الگوی انتشار آن ها در این رویشگاه ها انجام گرفته است. هدف از این پژوهش آزمون فرضیه امکان شاخص بودن گونه های ماندابی و ترسیم نیمرخ بوم شناختی آنها در دامنه های خشک البرز می باشد. روابط متقابل بین ارتفاع از سطح دریا و ویژگی های خاک و حضور گونه ها (در ۵۱۲ قطعه نمونه) با تجزیه و تحلیل گونه های شاخص دو طرفه و روش نیمرخ بوم شناختی بررسی گردید. از ۴۱ گونه جمع آوری شده تنها ۱۱ گونه در این تجزیه و تحلیل گونه های شاخص در سه گروه پوششی شناسایی گردید. گروه اول شامل گونه های Ligularia persica. وGypsophila elegans. در ارتفاعات بالا(> 2500 متر) با خاک هایی اسیدی ( < 3/6) و ماسه ای (> 55%)می باشد. در گروه دوم گونه های شاخص Pedicularis sibthorpii و Carex dilutaدر تراز های میانی از متغیر های بوم شناختی به ویژه ارتفاع ( 2550-2050 متر) و اسیدیته خاک( 6/7- 4/6) دیده می شوند. گروه سوم با گونه های شاخص Schoenoplectus lacustris ،Carex songorica. و Lythrum salicaria. در ارتفاعات پایین (>2000 متر) در خاک های قلیایی (< 7/7) با با تراز های بالایی از هدایت الکتریکی ( < ms/cm 10) و درصد رس (< ۳۶%) مشخص می گردد. همچنین ۱۲ گونه به عنوان گونه های شاخص برای ارتفاع و ویژگی های خاکی با استفاده از ترسیم نیمرخ بوم شناختی مشخص گردید.

مطالعه محتوای ساپونین در بخشهای هوایی و ریشه سه گونه از جنس .Verbascum L.
ساپونینها، متابولیتهای ثانویهای هستند که در بسیاری از گیاهان و برخی از جانوران یافت میشوند. آنها گلیکوزیدهایی با وزن مولکولی بالا هستند که دارای گروه قندی متصل به یک آگلیکون تریترپنوئیدی یا استروئیدی میباشند. بسیاری از ساپونینها خاصیت پاککنندگی دارند و در آب کف پایدار ایجاد میکنند. گل ماهورVerbascum L.) ) حاوی ترکیبات و اجزاء فعالی است که فعالیت سیکلواکسیژنازی را کاهش میدهند. در این بررسی، محتوای ساپونین کل در ریشه و بخشهای هوایی 3 گونه از جنس Verbascum شاملV. nudicaule ،V. sinuatum و V. speciosum به صورت کمی و کیفی به روشهای طیفسنجی نوری و کروماتوگرافی لایه نازک مطالعه شد. در این بررسی، 5 فرکشن مختلف از هر اندام گیاه به دست آمد و مقدار ساپونین استخراج شده از ریشه بیشتر از بخشهای هوایی بود. در میان این سه گونه،V. speciosum بیشترین مقدار ساپونین را هم در ریشه و هم در بخشهای هوایی نشان داد. همچنین کروماتوگرافی لایه نازک عصاره سه گونه Verbascum بر روی صفحات TLC، لکههای ساپونینی را با Rfهای مختلف در محدوده 73/0-13/0 آشکار نمود.

بررسی فنولوژی و تعیین GDD درختچه پیر (Salvadora oleoides Decne. )در بلوچستان ایران
پیر یا توج بهصورت درختچه تا درخت، همیشه سبز تا نیمه خزانکننده، از عناصر گیاهی اقلیم گرم و خشک بوده که دامنه پراکنش آن تا جنوبشرق ایران کشیده شده است. بهمنظور بررسی فنولوژی و نقش عوامل تاثیرگذار، تحقیقات وسیعی طی سال های 1387-1391 در رویشگاههای پیر در جنوبشرق ایران صورت گرفت. پس از تهیه نقشه گسترش، 6 رویشگاه شاخص انتخاب و در هر رویشگاه، سه پایه میانسال علامت گذاری شدند. مراحل فنولوژی در دورههای 15 روزه اندازهگیری شد. تجزیه و تحلیل آمار هواشناسی و تقویم زمانی فنولوژی نشان دادند که دما، بارندگی و ارتفاع از سطح دریا در رفتارهای اکولوژیکی پیر تاثیرگذار است. فنولوژی درختچه پیر نسبتا" طولانی بوده و بین138-148 روز در مناطق مختلف متغیر می باشد. گلها از اواخر اسفند لغایت فروردین ظاهر شده، از اوایل اردیبهشت میوهها روی شاخهها جوان تشکیل شده و بعد از مدت 45-50 روز در اواسط خرداد شروع به رسیدن میکنند. در رویشگاههای مرتفع، مراحل فنولوژی با 1-2 هفته تاخیر در اوایل فروردین آغاز شده و میوهها در اواخر خرداد شروع به رسیدن مینمایند در رویشگاههای همجوار پاکستان، فنولوژی در دو مرحله بهاره و پاییزه اتفاق میافتد که مرحله پاییزه در مرحله ظهور گلها و نهایتا" ظهور میوه نارس پایان یافته و با کاهش دما، شروع به ریزش میکنند. علیرغم متفاوت بودن زمان فنولوژی در رویشگاههای مختلف، مقدار انرژی گرمای مورد نیاز (G.D.D.) درختچه پیر نسبتا" یکسان و یک میانگین 1500 درجه روز رشد، برای انجام مراحل فنولوژی پیر، الزامی است.

واکاوی اثر تنش خشکی بر برخی پارامترهای فیزیولوژیکی و بیوشیمیایی گیاه به-لیمو Lippia citriodora H.B.K.
استفاده از گیاهان داروئی برای درمان بیماریها در انسان بیشینه طولانی دارد. تخمین زده شده که بیش از 10% از گونه های گیاهی استفاده داروئی داشته باشند. گیاهان متاثر از فاکتور های محیطی مختلفی، همانند خشکی میباشند. خشکی با برهم زدن توازون اسمزی گیاهان موجب کاهش رشد و عملکرد آنها میشود. همچنین باعث القاء گونه های واکنشگر اکسیژن میشود که به سلول های گیاهی آسیب می-رساند. هدف از اجرای این طرح بررسی تاثیر تنش خشکی بر پارامترهای بیوشیمیایی و فیزیولوژیکی گونه بهلیموLippia citriodora از تیره Verbenaceae است . تنش خشکی با غلظت های مختلف PEG(پلی اتیلن گلیکول ) 0%، 5%، 10%، 20%و 25% القاء شد. نتایج بدست آمده نشان داد که FW(وزن تر ) و RWC(محتوای نسبی آب) با افزایش تنش خشکی کاهش معنی داری را نسبت به شاهد نشان میدهند. طول ریشه تحت تنش خشکی تغییر معنی داری را حاصل نمیکند. محتوای رنگیزه های گیاه تحت تنش خشکی در سطوح پایین PEG افزایش معنی داری را نشان میدهد در حالیکه در سطوح بالای آن کاهش معنی داری حاصل میکند. تحت تنش خشکی محتوای پروتئین، پرولین، MDA(مالون دی آلدهید) و آب اکسیژنه(H2O2) افزایش معنی داری نسبت به شاهد حاصل میکند. فعالیت زیمایه های پاداکساینده با افزایش تنش خشکی افزایش مییابد. کاهش FW و RWC با تنش خشکی حساسیت گیاه را به تنش نشان میدهد از طرفی گیاه با افزایش ترکیباتی مانند پرولین و H2O2 و همچنین افرایش فعالیت زیمایه های پاداکساینده به تنش خشکی پاسخ میدهد.

مقایسه اندامهای مختلف درخت اقاقیا از نظر میزان نیتروژن دریافتی از طریق فرآیند تثبیت نیتروژن بیولوژیکی
خلاصه:درخت اقاقیا یکی از شناخته شده ترین گونه های گیاهی جهان از نظر میزان تثبیت نیتروژن بوده، که بطور وسیعی در پروژه های جنگلکاری در دنیا مورد استفاده قرار میگیرد. سوال اصلی این تحقیق این بود که آیا قسمتهای مختلف درخت اقاقیا (ریشه، ساقه و برگ)، به نسبت مساوی نیتروژن مورد نیاز خود را از طریق نیتروژن تولید شده ازفرایند تثبیت نیتروژن بیولوژیکی تامین میکنند. بدین منظور، بذرهای جمع آوری شده اقاقیا، تحت شرایط مشابه گلخانه ای کاشته شدند. پس از 2 ماه، ریشه تمامی نهالهای اقاقیا با محلولی مختلط از چند جنس باکتریهای ریزوبیوم آغشته گردیدند. بعد از 6 ماه از شروع آزمایش، هر کدام از نهالهای اقاقیا مقدار مساوی (100 سی سی) محلول سولفات آمونیوم (NH4)2 SO4 حاوی 11.03 درصد ایزوتوپ نیتروژن 15 را دریافت نمودند و بعد از گذشت یک هفته تمامی نهالهای اقاقیا قطع شده و به برگ، ساقه و ریشه تفکیک گردیدند. نمونه ها بعد از خشک شدن، توزین شده و درصد ایزوتوپ نیتروژن 15 در آنها تعیین گردید. درصد ایزوتوپ نیتروژن 15 به عنوان شاخصی برای مقایسه نسبت نیتروژن دریافتی از فرآیند تثبیت نیتروژن بیولوژیکی توسط هر یک از اندامهای گیاه اقاقیا مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد، تفاوت معناداری از لحاظ میزان نیتروژن دریافتی از فرآیند تثبیت نیتروژن بین برگ، ساقه و ریشه اقاقیا وجود ندارد. بنابراین سهل الوصول ترین بخش گیاه یعنی برگ آن، میتواند برای محاسبه درصد نیتروژن جذب شده کل گیاه از فرآیند تثبیت نیتروژن بیولوژیکی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

تأثیر نوع محیط کشت برروی رشد و میزان کلروفیل ریزجلبک Nannochloropsis oculata در فتوبیوراکتور لوله ای
در مطالعه ی حاضر، رشد و میزان کلروفیل a ریزجلبک Nannochlorpsis oculata ، با استفاده از دو نوع محیط کشت گیلارد و والن در دو دوره ی 15 روزه بررسی گردید. تراکم سلولی، موجودی کلروفیل a و وزن خشک ریزجلبک در هر دو محیط، روزانه با 3 تکرار اندازه گیری شد. تراکم سلولی و موجودی کلروفیل a در ریزجلبک رشدیافته در محیط والن به ترتیب در روز 3 تا 10 و 2 تا 15 (به جز روز 14) بیشتر از محیط گیلارد بود (P < 0.05) ولی تراکم سلولی از روز 10 تا 15 در محیط گیلارد به طور معنی داری بیشتر از محیط والن ثبت شد. وزن خشک ریزجلبک در هر دو محیط کشت تا روز 6 بالا رفت ولی از روز 6 تا 11 محیط والن وزن خشک ریزجلبک را بیشتر از محیط گیلارد افزایش داد و از روز 11 تا 15 برتری محیط کشت گیلارد مشاهده گردید (P < 0.05). میانگین نرخ رشد ویژه ریزجلبک در محیط والن (3/0 در روز) و در محیط گیلارد (25/0 در روز) بود. بیشترین میزان نرخ رشد ویژه (6/0 در روز) و کوتاه ترین زمان دو برابر شدن (15/1 روز) جمعیت ریزجلبک در محیط والن در 3 روز ابتدائی دوره ی پرورش مشاهده شد. نرخ رشد در هر دو دوره ی پرورشی در 3 روز پایانی منفی شد و زمان دو برابر شدن جمعیت در 3 روز پایانی به بیشترین حد رسید. با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده، برتری محیط کشت والن مشاهده گردید.

بررسی ساختار تشریحی ساقه در تعدادی از گونه های یکساله Polygonum L. از خانواده علف هفت بند در ایران
در این پژوهش 61 جمعیت از 6 گونه یکساله از Polygonum L. در ایران مشتمل بر P. aviculare, P. arenastrum, P. polycnemoides, P. patulum P. argyrocoleon, P. olivascens از نظر ساختار تشریحی ساقه مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. جنس علف هفت بند با داشتن میانبرگ نردبانی در زیر بشره ساقه، بلورهای اکسالات کلسیم و ساختمان خاص بافت چوبی مشخص می شود. ساختار تشریحی ساقه در گونه ها مقایسه شده و سپس ارتباط و نزدیکی گونه ها با توجه به تجزیه و تحلیل آماری یافته های تشریحی تعیین گردید. نتایج به دست آمده موید تفاوت از نظر تعداد توده های فیبر و دستجات آوندی، قطر متوسط ساقه، وضعیت برجستگی های مقطع ساقه، قطر استل و شکل سطح مقطع ساقه میباشد. گونه P. aviculare تنوع نسبتا زیادی را در بین گونه های مورد بررسی علف هفت بند در ایران نشان می دهند. نتایج موید آن است که بررسی های تشریحی صفات جدا کننده ای را برای تفکیک این گونه ها با ریخت شناسی بعضا بسیار نزدیک، در ایران فراهم می آورند.

اثر تنظیم کننده های رشد و استرپتومایسین بر بهبود کیفیت میوه و هسته انار رقم ملس یزدی
انار یکی از مهمترین محصولات میوهای کشور است که به دلیل طعم مطلوب و خواص دارویی آن، تقاضا برای مصرف آن افزایش یافته است. اغلب مصرف کنندگان انار استفاده از انارهای نرم دانه را ترجیح میدهند. در این پژوهش اثر برخی از تنظیم کنندههای رشد و استرپتومایسین بر بهبود کیفیت میوه و هسته انار بررسی شد. ایندولاستیکاسید در غلظت 10 میلیگرم در لیتر، کینتین در غلظت 10 میلیگرم در لیتر و استرپتومایسین در غلظت 200 میلی گرم در لیتر در زمانهای تشکیل میوه و چهار هفته پس از آن روی درختان انار رقم ملسیزدی محلولپاشی شدند. ویژگیهایی مانند درصد بخش خوراکی، اندازه حبه و هسته، وزن حبه و هسته، میزان فیبری شدن هسته و ترکیب شیمیایی بخش خوراکی در زمان برداشت میوه مطالعه شد. تیمارهای انجام شده باعث افزایش نسبت مواد جامد محلول به اسید گردید. همچنین مقدار محتوای فنلی در تیمار استرپتومایسین به طور معنی داری افزایش یافت. کاربرد ایندول استیک اسید در زمان تشکیل میوه و کینتین در هر دو زمان کاربرد از طریق تاثیر بر اندازه و وزن حبه، باعث افزایش بخش خوراکی میوه شد. کاربرد استرپتومایسین به ویژه در مرحله تشکیل میوه و همچنین کاربرد کینتین در زمان تشکیل میوه منجر به کاهش درصد فیبری شدن هسته گردید. نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش نشان داد که تیمار کینتین و ایندول استیک اسید میتوانند باعث افزایش کیفیت میوه انار رقم ملس یزدی شوند و تیمار استرپتومایسین در ابتدای تشکیل میوه علاوه بر افزایش کیفیت خوراکی میوه روی میزان تشکیل فیبر در پوسته هسته نیز موثر است.

بررسی مدلهای تولید صمغ در گون سفید با توجه به خصوصیات خاک رویشگاه (مطالعه موردی: تیران و کرون- اصفهان)
بهرهبرداری از گیاهانی که در عرصه های طبیعی رویش دارند باید در قالب طرحهایی مشخص صورت گیرد تا سلامت و رشد گیاهان تضمین شود و بهرهبرداران نیز در وضعیت اقتصادی مناسبی قرار گیرند. گون سفید (Astragalus gossypinus Fisher) از جمله گیاهان با ارزش و مولد باکیفیت ترین صمغ کتیرا میباشد که به دلیل بهرهبرداری بی رویه مورد تخریب قرار گرفته است. تولید و ترشح صمغ کتیرا در این گیاه بسته به فاکتورهای بسیار زیادی در مدت زمانهای گوناگونی انجام خواهد شد و برداشت نیز باید بسته به شرایط آب و هوایی و خاک در قالب مدلهای مناسبی صورت گیرد. این مطالعه به منظور تعیین مدلهای خطی تولید صمغ کتیرا با توجه به خاک رویشگاه (مراتع تیران و کرون- استان اصفهان) در گونهای سفید که در سالهای متفاوت با سنین گوناگونی برداشت شدهاند، انجام شد. نمونهگیری صمغ در امتداد ترانسکتهای قرار داده شده در هر سایت با توجه به خصوصیات خاک انجام شد. سپس دادهها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS و متد Enter وارد رابطه رگرسونی شدند. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها و روابط رگرسیونی نشان داد که مدلهای برآوردی صمغ کتیرا در مناطق با خصوصیات مختلف خاک دارای ضرایبی گوناگون بودند و تولید صمغ کتیرا در این منطقه بر اساس ویژهگیهای خاک در زمانهای متفاوتی به میزان قابل بهرهبردای میرسد.
