بررسی تأثیر پلی¬پلوئیدی بر برخی ویژگیهای آناتومیکی و ترکیبات آنتیاکسیدانی گیاه لیموترش
القای پلیپلوئیدی در حالت تریپلوئید منجر به تولید میوههای بیدانه میشود. تریپلوئیدها حاصل ترکیب گیاهان دیپلویید و تتراپلویید هستند. تعداد بیش از حد دانه در میوه مرکبات سبب کاهش استقبال در بازار مصرف میشود. گیاهان تتراپلوئید یک پیش نیاز مهم برای تولید انواع مرکبات تریپلوئید بیدانه هستند. بهمنظور تولید گیاهان تتراپلوئید در لیموترش از روش قطره چکان کلشیسین در غلظتهای 2/0، 6/0، 1 و 4/1 درصد بر روی مریستم انتهایی در مرحله دو برگ حقیقی استفاده شد. جهت تعیین سطوح پلوئیدی در گیاهان لیموترش از دو روش فلوسایتومتری و بررسی اندازه و تراکم روزنه استفاده شد. همچنین ویژگیهایی نظیر ارتفاع، ضخامت برگ، میزان فنل و فلاونوئید کل بین گیاهان دیپلوئید و تتراپلوئید اندازهگیری و مقایسه شدند. بالاترین بازدهی انگیزش پلوئیدی در گیاه لیموترش برابر 6/48 در غلظت 4/1 درصد کلشیسین بود. مقایسه تعداد روزنهها و کیسههای ترشحی برگ نشان داد که تعداد آنها در برگ گیاهان تتراپلوئید نسبت به دیپلوئید کاهش یافته، درحالیکه اندازه روزنه ها و کیسه ترشحی در گیاهان تتراپلوئید به طور معنیداری بزرگتر بود. دو برابر کروموزومها سبب افزایش ضخامت برگ، بافت نردهای و اسفنجی شد. در گیاه لیموترش افزایش سطح پلوئیدی تأثیر معنیداری در میزان فنل و فلاونوئید تام در گیاهان تتراپلوئید نسبت به گیاهان دیپلوئید نداشت.

وضعیت بذردهی درختان میانسال بلندمازو (Quercus castaneifolia C. A. Mey.) در قطعة خزر باغ گیاه¬شناسی ملی ایران
یکی از اهداف اصلی باغهای گیاهشناسی حفاظت از گونههای گیاهی بومی و فراهم نمودن امکان تکثیر آنهاست که در این راستا بذردهی گونهها از اهمیت خاصی برخوردار است. با توجه به قدمت 40 سالة قطعة خزر باغ گیاهشناسی ملی ایران و عدم وجود اطلاعات کافی در مورد بذردهی گونههای درختی موجود در این قطعه، پژوهش پیشرو بمدت سه سال (1388 تا 1390) با هدف بررسی وضعیت بذردهی درختان میانسال بلندمازو (Quercus castaneifolia) که یکی از گونههای شاخص و اصلی این رویشگاه است، انجام شد. 30 درخت نمونه بطور کاملاً تصادفی انتخاب و شمارهگذاری شدند. برای هر درخت 4 پلات زمینی هر یک به مساحت 5/0 مترمربع در میانة فاصلة بین تنه و لبة تاج بر روی زمین در چهار جهت جغرافیایی مشخص شدند. از اواسط شهریور تا اواسط آذر هر سال بذرهای افتاده در داخل پلاتها با فاصلة زمانی دو هفته یکبار شمارش شده و به سطح تاج تعمیم داده شدند. پس از تحلیل دادهها، متوسط تراکم بذر (شمار بذر در یک مترمربع سطح تاج) در سالهای 1388، 1389 و 1390 بترتیب 80، 23 و 68 و متوسط شمار بذر در سالهای فوق بترتیب 4807، 1377 و 4144 به ازای یک پایه بدست آمد که درمجموع بیانگر بذردهی ضعیف این گونه در سال 1389 در باغ گیاهشناسی بود. همچنین نوسانات زیادی در بذردهی بین پایه های درختی و همچنین برای یک پایه در سالهای موردمطالعه مشاهده شد.

ارتباط متغیرهای ریختاری درختان برودار (Quercus brantii Lindl.) با شمار بذر در جنگلهای بانه
برآورد شمار بذر درختان بلوط بدلیل اهمیت بذر این درختان در موضوعات مختلف جنگلشناسی و حیاتوحش از اهمیت خاصی برخوردار است، اما دشواری اندازهگیری آن باعث شده تا در داخل کشور کمتر به این موضوع پرداخته شود. با توجه به اینکه جنس بلوط گسترة وسیعی از جنگلهای کشور و بخصوص جنگلهای زاگرس را اشغال نموده است، در این پژوهش که در سال 1389 در بخشی از جنگلهای روستای هلو شهرستان بانه در استان کردستان انجام شد، سعی شد بهترین مدل رگرسیونی برای برآورد شمار بذر درختان برودار (Quercus brantii) بکمک متغیرهای کمی ریختاری درخت محاسبه شود. ابتدا 100 درخت نمونه با روش نمونهبرداری طبقهای تصادفی انتخاب و پس از اندازهگیری متغیرهای کمی شامل قطر برابر سینه، قطر یقه، ارتفاع کل درخت، طول تاج و دو قطر بزرگ و کوچک تاج، بذر آنها نیز روی تاج شمارش شد. با استفاده از 4 نوع مدل رگرسیونی ساده شامل مدلهای خطی، توانی، نمایی و سهمی و تحلیل آماری مدلهای محاسبه شده مشخص شد که متغیر قطر متوسط تاج مهمترین متغیر مستقل برای برآورد شمار بذر درختان برودار میباشد. بهترین مدل بدستآمده با استفاده از این متغیر نیز مدل خطی با ضریب تبیین 60/0 بود. نتیجة این پژوهش بیانگر امکان استفاده از برخی متغیرهای کمی درخت برای تعیین معادلات آلومتریک مناسب جهت برآورد شمار بذر درختان برودار در منطقة مورد مطالعه بود.

تأثیر خشکهدارها بر تنوع گونهای و فراوانی تجدیدحیات طبیعی درختان در اکوسیستمهای طبیعی جنگلهای گیلان
آینده جنگلهای طبیعی وابسته به تجدید حیات درختان آن است. در این تحقیق تأثیر درختان سرپاخشک (خشکهدارها) بر تنوع گونهای و فراوانی تجدید حیات در جنگلهای سری دو طرح جنگلداری ناو اسالم گیلان مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. برای این منظور تعداد 32 درخت سرپای کاملاً خشک شده که قطر برابر سینه آنها بیشتر از 50 سانتیمتر بود انتخاب و متغیرهای تعداد، گونه و مراحل رویشی تجدید حیات (نهال، شل و خال) در قطعه نمونه دایرهای شکل 10 آری با مرکزیت این خشکه دارها برداشت شد. همچنین سطح روشنه ایجاد شده بهوسیله خشکهدارها و درجه پوسیدگی آنها نیز اندازهگیری و تعیین شد. در فاصله 50 متری از هر خشکهدار و با تاج پوشش مشابه، همان متغیرها در نمونههایی با مرکزیت درختان سالم با قطر و گونه مشابه و در همان شکل و سطح برداشت شد. در هر قطعه نمونه فراوانی و تنوع گونهای با استفاده از شاخص تنوع شانون وینر، شاخص یکنواختی پایلو و شاخص غنای گونهای منهنیک برای کل تجدید حیات و برای هر مرحله رویشی بهدست آمد. میانگینهای فراوانی و شاخصهای تنوع به دست آمده از هر جامعه آماری از طریق تجزیه واریانس و آزمون t مورد مقایسه قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد که فراوانی و تنوع گونهای تجدید حیات استقرار یافته در مجاورت خشکهدارها بیشتر بوده و این تفاوتها از لحاظ آماری در سطح 01/0=a معنیدار است. تفاوت در مقدار شاخص تنوع به علت بیشتر بودن مقدار غنای گونهای در قطعه نمونههای دارای خشکهدار نسبت به قطعه نمونههای شاهد است. بیشتر بودن فراوانی و تنوع تجدید حیات در مجاورت خشکهدارها در نتیجه استقرار و رشد تعداد و گونههای بیشتر بذرهای درختان مادری است. خشکهدارهای با درجه روشنه متوسط (50 تا 113 مترمربع) بیشتر از سایر روشنهها در استقرار و تنوع گونهای تجدید حیات مؤثر بودند. همچنین خشکهدارهای با پوسیدگی درجه3 بیشترین فراوانی و خشکهدارهای با پوسیدگی درجه2 بیشترین تنوع گونهای تجدید حیات را در مجاورت خود داشتند. خشکهدارها علاوه بر ایجاد حفره در تاج پوشش و افزایش تدریجی نور رسیده به کف جنگل در فراهم نمودن شرایط و منابع مناسب استقرار و رشد بذور درختان مختلف تأثیر مثبت داشتهاند. با نگه داشتن خشکهدارها به تعداد مناسب و در اندازهها و گونههای مختلف در داخل جنگلهای طبیعی میتوان به تجدید حیات و پایداری این اکوسیستمها کمک نمود.

تغییرات رنگدانه¬ای وابسته به سن در برگهای Rosa hybrida
Rosa hybrida درختچه چند سالهای است که بعد از قطع رأس ساقه، یک دوره رشدی جدید را شروع و طی آن جوانه های جانبی از تسلط انتهایی خارج شده وشروع به رشد میکنند. در هر دوره جدید از رشد ، برگهای جدید و جوان تشکیل میشوند. در این مطالعه 4 نمونه برگی از رأس به سمت پایه، که نشانگر مرحله جوانی تا بلوغ می باشد، انتخاب و تعدادی نشانگر بیوشیمیایی و فیزیولوژیکی رنگدانه ای مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان دادند که به هنگام بلوغ علاوه بر تفاوتهای ظاهری در شکل و اندازه برگ ها، برخی نشانگرهای فیزیولوژیکی و بیوشیمیایی نیز تغییر مییابند. داده ها حاکی از افزایش میزان رنگدانه های فتوسنتزی کلروفیلی و کاروتنوئیدی، با افزایش سن برگ تا رسیدن به مرحله بلوغ به منظور بهبود کارایی دستگاه فتوسنتزی برگ انجام می باشد. کاهش تدریجی محتوای ترکیبات فنولی، آنتوسیانین ها و فلاونوئیدها با افزایش سن برگ مشاهده گردید. این نتایج بیانگر کاهش آسیبهای اکسیداتیو طی بلوغ برگی است.

تأثیر شوری ملایم و کاربرد پلی آمینها بر رشد، فتوسنتز و متابولیسم فنلها در گیاه سدیم پسند چغندر قند
تأثیر غلظت پائین (25 میلی مولار) سدیم کلرید بر روی رشد و فتوسنتز گیاه سدیم پسند چغندر قند (Beta vulgaris L.) در محیط هیدروپونیک مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. به منظور مطالعه اثر کاربرد پلی آمینها روی پاسخ رشدی گیاهان به شوری ملایم، پوترسین و اسپرمیدین در غلظت 5/0 میلی مولار به محیط ریشه افزوده شد. تحت تأثیر شوری ملایم، رشد اندام هوایی و ریشه 37 و 58 درصد به ترتیب در اندام هوایی و ریشه تحریک شد. کاربرد پوترسین در شرایط شاهد تأثیر معنی داری روی رشد ریشه یا اندام هوایی نداشت، ولی اسپرمیدین موجب کاهش معنی دار رشد اندام هوایی گردید. به همین ترتیب تأثیر مثبت شوری ملایم بر رشد گیاهان، در حضور اسپرمیدین کاهش یافت. مقدار کلروفیل a،b و کلروفیل کل به صورت معنی داری در تیمار شوری افزایش یافت. کاربرد پوترسین موجب افزایش این پارامترها تنها در گیاهان شاهد شد، ولی کاربرد اسپرمیدین در هیچ کدام از گیاهان شاهد و یا تیمار شوری تأثیری نشان نداد. پارامتر های فلوئورسانس کلروفیل تحت تأثیر تیمار شوری و یا کاربرد پلی آمینها قرار نگرفت. تثبیت خالص CO2 تحت تأثیر تیمار شوری به صورت معنی داری افزایش یافت که همراه با افزایش هدایت روزنه ای بود. کاربرد پوترسین موجب کاهش تثبیت خالص CO2 در هر دو گروه گیاهان شاهد و تیمار شوری گردید. برعکس، اسپرمیدین موجب افزایش تثبیت خالص CO2 در گیاهان شاهد و کاهش آن در تیمار شوری شد. شوری موجب تغییری در مقدار فنلهای برگ نشد، ولی کاربرد هردو پلی آمین موجب افزایش آن گردید. فعالیت آنزیم فنیل آلانین آمونیا لیاز برگها تحت تأثیر شوری قرار نگرفت، ولی کاربرد پلی آمینها موجب افزایش فعالیت این آنزیم البته تنها در شرایط شاهد گردید. فعالیت آنزیم پلی فنل اکسیداز برگ نیز تحت تأثیر شوری قرار نگرفت، در حالی که کاربرد اسپرمیدین موجب افزایش فعالیت این آنزیم در هر دو گروه شاهد و شوری شد. شوری موجب کاهش مقدار پروتئین کل گیاهان گردید و تیمار پلی آمینها نیز این کاهش را تشدید نمود. نتایج پیشنهاد می دهد که تحریک رشد در شوری ملایم به دلیل افزایش هدایت روزنه ای و افزایش تثبیت CO2 بوده است. از سوی دیگر، افزایش فعالیت پلی فنل اکسیداز برگ تحت تأثیر اسپرمیدین که می تواند منجر به تولید انواع فنلهای اکسید شده و رادیکالهای آزادگردد، احتمالاً یکی از دلایل مهار رشد ناشی از کاربرد اسپرمیدین در برگها بوده است. نتایج پیشنهاد می کند که کاربرد پلی آمینها در گونه های سدیم دوست برخلاف گونه های حساس به شوری اثر مثبتی روی رشد ندارد، بلکه اثر تحریک کنندگی شوری را نیز کاهش می دهد.

فلور، شکل زیستی و پراکنش جغرافیایی گیاهان تالاب سلکه
تالاب سلکه یا صوفیانده به عنوان پناهگاه حیات وحش به وسعت حدود 366 هکتار در عرض شمالی 37 درجه و 23 دقیقه الی 37 درجه و 24 دقیقه و در طول شرقی 49 درجه و 27 دقیقه الی 49 درجه و 30 دقیقه قرار گرفته است. در این پژوهش فلور تالاب سلکه مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. 102 گونه شناسایی شده از منطقه به 46 تیره و 84 جنس تعلق دارند که از میان آنها 5 گونه به نهانزادان آوندی، 64 گونه به گیاهان گلدار دولپهای و 33 گونه به گیاهان تک لپهای متعلق میباشند. در بین گیاهان تیره های Poaceace، Asteraceae، Brassicaceae و Cyperaceae به ترتیب با 13، 9، 7 و 6 گونه از بیشترین تنوع برخوردار هستند. کریپتوفیتها با 2/41 درصد و تروفیتها با 2/40 درصد فراوان ترین شکلهای زیستی تالاب را تشکیل میدهند. گیاهان جهانگستر 53 درصد گونههای تالاب را تشکیل میدهند و پس از آنها گونههایی با کوروتیپ اروپا – سیبری، ایران – تورانی و مدیترانهای با 6/17 درصد قرار دارند. گیاهان رطوبت پسند و مردابی – رطوبت پسند به ترتیب با 57 و 6/21 درصد بیشترین فراوانی را در بین گونههای گیاهی تالاب دارند.

ریز¬ازدیادی گیاه دارویی سرخارگل (L. Echinacea purpurea) با استفاده از قطعات کوتیلدون و هیپوکوتیل
سرخارگل گیاهی علفی و چندساله بوده و به لحاظ تجاری گونهای بسیار ارزشمند محسوب میشود. ترکیبات فعال دارویی آن عمدتاً شامل اسیدهای فنولیک و آلکامیدها هستند. به منظور بررسی شرایط ریزازدیادی این گیاه، آزمایشی به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه عامل ریزنمونه (هیپوکوتیل و کوتیلدون)، هورمون BAP (0، 2/0، 4/0، 2/1 و 4/2 میلیگرم در لیتر) و هورمون NAA (0، 05/0، 1/0، 3/0 و 6/0 میلیگرم در لیتر) در سه تکرار اجرا گردید. نتایج تجزیه واریانس ساده برای صفات کالوسزایی و باززایی ریزنمونهها بیانگر وجود اختلاف معنیدار بین برخی از عوامل مورد مطالعه بود. نتایج مقایسه میانگین اثرات متقابل بین عوامل مورد مطالعه نشان داد که بیشترین میزان کالوسزایی در ریزنمونه کوتیلدون و با تیمار ترکیبی BAP (2/0 میلیگرم در لیتر) و NAA (0 میلیگرم در لیتر) به میزان 97 درصد و در ریزنمونه هیپوکوتیل با تیمار ترکیبی BAP (2/0 میلیگرم در لیتر) وNAA (6/0 میلیگرم در لیتر) به میزان 91 درصد بود. تیمار BAP (4/0 میلیگرم در لیتر) و NAA (0 میلیگرم در لیتر) با میانگین 3/5 نوساقه در هر ریزنمونه، بیشترین درصد باززایی نوساقه (5/31 و 5/32 %) را به ترتیب در ریزنمونههای کوتیلدون و هیپوکوتیل داشت.

مطالعه عناصر غذایی سرشاخههای درختان حرا در خلیج گواتر- استان سیستان و بلوچستان
در این تحقیق مقدار عناصر غذایی سرشاخههای درختان حرا در جنگلهای مانگرو در دو خور خلیج گواتر که در منتهی الیه جنوب شرقی ایران قرار دارد بررسی شد. به این منظور چهارترانسکت به طور تصادفی، انتخاب شد و نمونه برداری از سرشاخه ها با سه تکرار در نقاط ابتدا (در تماس با آب)، وسط (بین خشکی و دریا) و انتهای (در تماس با خشکی) هر ترانسکت صورت پذیرفت. مواد مغذی نیتروژن، فسفر، پتاسیم و ماده آلی در شاخه و برگ اندازهگیری شد و دادههای به دست آمده مورد تجزیه و تحلیل آماری قرار گرفت. نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد که برای همه مواد مغذی مورد بررسی در بین شاخه و برگ اختلاف معنیداری (1/0> (p وجود دارد و میزان این مواد مغذی به جز ماده آلی در برگ بیشتر از شاخه بود. میزان نیتروژن برگ در بین منطقه حد فاصل خشکی و دریا و در تماس با خشکی اختلاف معنیداری (5/0> (p را نشان داد. همچنین در برخی از مواد مغذی مورد بررسی در برگ و شاخه بین دو خور اختلاف معنیدار (5/0>(p وجود داشت. با توجه به اینکه زنجیره غذایی در این اکوسیستمها از لاشبرگ مانگرو شروع می شود آگاهی از میزان این عناصر در سرشاخه میتواند نشان دهنده اهمیت درختان مانگرو در تزریق عناصر مغذی به زنجیره غذایی و حاصلخیزی زیستگاه باشد.

شناسایی گونه¬های تریکودرمای مرتبط با ریشه و فراریشه گردو در استان همدان
گردو از درختان بسیار با ارزشی است که در ایران به طور وسیعی کشت میگردد و میکروارگانیسمهای متنوع و زیادی شامل عوامل مفید و مضر با آن در ارتباط هستند. تحقیقات صورت گرفته در ارتباط با شناسایی میکروارگانسیمهای مرتبط با درختان گردو در ایران بیشتر به عوامل بیماریزای گیاهی معطوف شده است. بنابراین، در این بررسی با هدف شناسایی گونههای تریکودرمای مرتبط با ریشه و فراریشه درختان گردو، طی نمونهبرداری از 68 منطقه گردوکاری استان همدان، 235 جدایه قارچ تریکودرما جداسازی شد و با استفاده از مشخصات ریختشناسی مورد شناسایی قرار گرفتند. در این بررسی میزان رشد، مشخصات ماکروسکوپی و میکروسکوپی آنها مانند شکل، اندازه و سایر ویژگیهای کنیدیوم، کنیدیوفور، فیالید، کلامیدسپور، ریسههای هوایی و ریسههای رشد کرده در داخل محیط کشت به همراه آزمون دمایی، جهت شناسایی جدایهها در سطح گونه مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند. در نهایت شش گونهی تریکودرما شامل Trichoderma atroviride، T. brevicompactum، T. citrinoviride، T. ghanense، T. harzianum و T. longibrachiatum تشخیص داده شد. با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده و نقش مثبت گونههای تریکودرما در ارتقاء سلامتی محصولات زراعی و باغی، لزوم توجه بیشتر در زمینه حفظ، حمایت و استفاده از این میکروارگانیسمها در مدیریت باغبانی درختان گردو پیشنهاد میشود.

رستهبندی رویشگاههای بنه (Pistacia atlantica) و خنجوک (Pistacia khinjuk) استان ایلام براساس عوامل محیطی و قارچهای میکوریزی آربسکولار
در مناطقی که خاک از لحاظ عناصر غذایی و آبی با مشکل مواجه است، میکروارگانیسمها، بهویژه قارچهای آربسکولار میکوریزا، همزیستی مفیدی را با گیاهان برقرار کرده و در جذب آب و عناصر معدنی به آنها کمک میکنند. در این مطالعه بهمنظور بررسی عوامل تأثیرگذار بر قارچهای آربسکولار میکوریزا همزیست با درختان بنه و خنجوک، رویشگاههای این دو گونه در استان ایلام شناسایی و در هر رویشگاه نمونههایی از خاک به همراه عوامل فیزیوگرافی و ویژگیهای درختان طی دو فصل بهار و پاییز یادداشت گردید. نمونههای خاک پس از انتقال به آزمایشگاه آنالیز و عناصر N، P،K ،Ca ،Mg ، Na، اسیدیته، شوری، وزن مخصوص ظاهری، درصد رس، شن و سیلت اندازهگیری شد. علاوهبراین قارچهای آربسکولار میکوریزا شناسایی و فراوانی هاگها نیز تعیین گردید. در این تحقیق، جنس Glomus و گونه G. fasiculatum بیشترین فراوانی را در منطقه به خود اختصاص دادند. نتایج مقایسه رویشگاهها نشان داد که رویشگاههای میشخاص، ایوان و نخچیر در شمال استان بیشترین هاگ و رویشگاههای تنگهور و بدره در جنوب استان کمترین میزان هاگ را داشتند. نتایج همبستگی نیز نشان داد که فراوانی هاگها با ارتفاع از سطح دریا، درصد تاج پوشش درختی، قطر درختان، ضخامت لاشبرگ و مادهآلی همبستگی مثبت و با فسفر، منیزیوم و وزن مخصوص ظاهری همبستگی منفی داشت. علاوه بر این نتایج نشان داد که فراوانی هاگها در فصل بهار بیشتر از فصل پاییز بود.

اثر غلظتهای مختلف کیتوزان بر جوانه¬زنی بذر و آنزیمهای آنتی اکسیدانت گلرنگ (Carthamus tinctorius L.) در شرایط تنش کم آبی
به منظور بررسی اثر غلظتهای مختلف کیتوزان 0 ، 05/0، 1/0، 2/0، 4/0، 5/0، 1، 2، 3 درصد همراه با تیمار اضافی آب مقطر بر جوانه زنی و رشد گیاهچه گلرنگ (Carthamus tinctorius L.) تحت تنش کم آبی (0، 4-، 8- و 12- بار) آزمایشی در شرایط محیطی کنترل شده انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد با افزایش تنش، درصد جوانهزنی، شاخص جوانهزنی، طول ساقهچه و ریشهچه، وزن خشک ساقهچه و ریشهچه و محتوی پروتئین کاهش یافت. با تشدید تنش به سطح 8- بار، میزان پرولین، محتوی مالون دی آلدئید، فعالیت آنزیم کاتالاز و پراکسیداز گیاهچهها افزایش یافت. بیشترین طول و وزن خشک ساقهچه در غلظت 4/0 درصد کیتوزان مشاهده شد که نسبت به تیمار آب به ترتیب 3/19 و 36 درصد افزایش نشان دادند. در غلظتهای 05/0 تا 4/0 درصد کیتوزان میزان پرولین، پروتئین و فعالیت آنزیم کاتالاز گیاهچهها افزایش یافتند در حالی که محتوی مالون دی آلدئید کاهش نشان داد. در پتانسیل اسمزی 8 - بار، بیشترین درصد جوانه زنی، طول ساقه چه و ریشه چه در غلظت 4/0 درصد کیتوزان به دست آمد. در این پتانسیل اسمزی کاهش میزان پرولین، مالون دی آلدئید، فعالیت آنزیم کاتالاز و پراکسیداز و افزایش پروتئین گیاهچهها در غلظتهای 05/0 تا 4/0 درصد کیتوزان نسبت به تیمار آب مشاهده شد. با افزایش پتانسیل اسمزی در محیط جوانهزنی به 12- بار، درصد جوانه زنی، طول ساقه چه و ریشه چه در غلظتهای 05/0 تا 4/0 درصد کیتوزان در مقایسه با تیمار آب افزایش یافتند. همچنین در این سطح تنش کم آبی کمترین مقدار این صفات از غلظتهای 1تا 3 درصد کیتوزان به دست آمد. به این ترتیب میتوان اظهار داشت که پیش تیمار بذر گلرنگ با کیتوزان در غلظتهای 4/0 و پایین تر از آن درصد جوانهزنی را بهبود بخشیده و اثر تنش کم آبی بر پارامترهای جوانهزنی را تعدیل میکند.

بررسی اثر عوامل فیزیکی و شیمیایی بر جوانهزنی بذر زالزالک بومی ( Crataegus assadii)
بیشتر بذرهای گونههای زالزالک مشکل جوانهزنی دارند. در این تحقیق شکستن خواب بذر زالزالک بومی ایران ((Crataegus assadii مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. با بررسی درصد تعداد جنین موجود در میوه مشخص شد که 35 درصد از میوههای این گونه دارای جنین میباشند. بدین منظور تیمارهای زیر شامل: - قراردادن بذرها به مدت 24 ساعت در جریان آب، به دنبال آن (با و بدون خراشدهی) نگهداری در دمای 18 درجه سانتی گراد به مدت سه ماه و سپس سرمادهی به مدت چهار و نیم ماه در گلدان - قرار دادن در اسید جیبرلیک با غلظتهای150 و 300 ppm به مدت 24 ساعت در تاریکی و سپس1 ماه سرمادهی - استفاده از نیترات پتاسیم با غلظتهای25/0، 5/0 و 1 درصد - قرار دادن بذرها در خاک مزرعه از اواخر زمستان (با و بدون خراشدهی) تا بهار سال دوم. درصد, شاخص و سرعت جوانهزنی بذرها با 3 تکرار بررسی شد. نتایج نشان داد که تیمار بذرهای خراشدهی شده با تناوب دمایی نگهداری سه ماه در دمای 18 درجه سانتی گراد، و چهار و نیم ماه سرما دهی در گلدان با 62 درصد جوانهزنی موفقترین تیمار اعمال شده بود.
