بررسی اثر تغییرات غلظت اکسین همراه با کلسیم و نیترات بر مقدار زی توده و محتوای آلکالوئید تام در کشت بافت H. arachnoideus Pojark
گیاهان دارویی منحصر به فرد ترین منابع حیات بخش درمانی برای اکثر مردم جهان می باشند. کشت بافت گیاهی می تواند به طور معمول با استفاده از جداکشت های گیاهی نظیر برگ، ساقه، ریشه و غیره، تحت شرایط سترون و به منظور دستکاری گیاهان و نیز استخراج متابولیت های ثانویه، راه اندازی گردد. گیاهان تیره سیب زمینی، نظیر سرده بنگ، به عنوان منابع غنی از تروپان آلکالوئیدهایی مورد توجه هستند. در پژوهش حاضر، گونه H.arachnoideus Pojark مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. دو نوع جداکشت (برگ و ریشه) که از دانه رست های این گونه به دست آمدند، بر روی محیط کشت MS حاوی 3% سوکروز و 5/7 گرم آگار کشت داده شدند. اثرات غلظت های مختلف یون کلسیم(Ca2+)، نیترات(NO-3) روی محیط کشت MS حاوی 3% سوکروز و 5/7 گرم آگار، در جداکشت های برگ و ریشه با چهار غلظت از اکسین NAA(0، 5/0، 1، 2 میلی گرم بر لیتر)، در مقابل محیط کشت MS حاوی 3% سوکروز و 5/7 گرم آگار، به عنوان گروه شاهد، بررسی شد تا اثر این عوامل را بر مقدار زی توده کالوسی و محتوای آلکالوئید تام تعیین نماییم. یافته های ما نشان داد که افزایش غلظت یون کلسیم دارای اثرات مثبتی بر مقدار زی توده کالوسی و محتوای آلکالوئید تام می باشد. از طرف دیگر، نیترات، دارای اثرات متفاوتی بر مقدار زی توده و محتوای آلکالوئید تام کالوس بود، اما در برخی موارد مقدار زی توده را افزایش و محتوای آلکالوئید را کاهش داد.

تأثیر کود کمپوست بر برخی پارامترهای فتوسنتزی در سه مرحله رشد گیاه عدس (Lens culinaris Medik.) تحت تنش خشکی
کمپوست به عنوان محصول فرآوری زبالههای شهری با خصوصیات فیزیکوشیمیایی مناسب، میتواند نقش موثری در رشد و نمو و همچنین کاهش اثرات منفی ناشی از تنشهای مختلف محیطی بر گیاهان داشته باشد. در این راستا آزمایشی با هدف اثر کمپوست بر شاخصهای فتوسنتزی در مراحل فنولوژیک گیاه عدس تحت تنش خشکی به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار در سطح اطمینان معنیداری 95 درصد به اجراء درآمد. عوامل مورد بررسی شامل تیمارهای مختلف کمپوست و خاک با 5 سطح (100:0، 95:5، 85:15، 75:25 و 65:35 درصد وزنی) و تنش خشکی با 3 سطح شامل 100، 75 و 25 درصد ظرفیت زراعی (بدون تنش، تنش ملایم و تنش شدید) در نظر گرفته شد. نتایج در مرحله گیاهچهای نشان داد که در شرایط تنش ملایم، افزودن کمپوست به خاک در سطح 25 و 35 درصد وزنی منجر به افزایش معنیدار محتوای کلروفیل کل (12% و 15% به ترتیب)، CO2 درون سلول ( 8% و 8%)، فتوسنتز (16% و 17%)، تعرق (14% و 15%) و عملکرد فتوسیستم II (4% و 4%) در مقایسه با شاهد شد، اما در شرایط تنش شدید سطح 35 درصد وزنی در مقایسه با دیگر سطوح افزایش معنیداری داشت. در مرحله گلدهی سطوح 25 و 35 درصد کمپوست در شرایط تنش ملایم و شدید در مقایسه با سطح شاهد منجر به افزایش معنیدار تمامی شاخصهای مورد بررسی گردید. با توجه به نتایج این مطالعه می-توان کاربرد کمپوست را در جهت کاهش اثرات منفی تنش خشکی در گیاه عدس بهویژه در مراحل ابتدایی رشد پیشنهاد داد.

برای بررسی وضعیت کمی و ترکیب تجدیدحیات گونههای درختی در جنگلهای طبیعی منطقه آستارا، مناطق کمتردستخورده، واقع در حوضه یک آستارا، مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. نمونهبرداری به روش منظمتصادفی با قطعات نمونه دایرهای با مساحت یک آر انجام و دادههای مربوطه در کل طبقات ارتفاعی (500-1700 متر از سطح دریا) با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج حاصله نشان داد که تعداد در هکتار تجدیدحیات کل گونههای درختی با افزایش ارتفاع از سطح دریا افزایش یافت و بین تعداد در هکتار زادآوری گونههای ممرز و راش و میانگین زادآوری کل گونهها با ارتفاع از سطح دریا همبستگی معنیداری وجود دارد. بیشترین فراوانی تجدیدحیات در طبقه با ارتفاع کمتر از 30/1 متر و کمترین تعداد تجدیدحیات در طبقه قطری 5/2 – 5/7 سانتیمتر مشاهده شد. در بین گونههای مورد بررسی، در ارتفاع 600 متر از سطح دریا، بیشترین فراوانی تجدیدحیات در طبقه قطری 0- 5/2 سانتیمتر مربوط به ممرز و در طبقه با ارتفاع کمتر از 30/1 متر، متعلق به شیردار بود. در ارتفاع 1000 متر از سطح دریا، بیشترین فراوانی تجدیدحیات در طبقه با ارتفاع کمتر از 30/1 متر، متعلق به ممرز بود. در سایر موارد، گونه راش بیشترین فراوانی تجدیدحیات را داشت. بدین ترتیب بیش از 75 درصد تجدیدحیات متعلق به گونه راش و بیش از 10 درصد زادآوری مربوط به گونه ممرز بوده و در مجموع، گونههای راش، ممرز و توسکا بیش از 90 درصد ترکیب زادآوری منطقه مورد مطالعه را به خود اختصاص دادهاند.

بررسی میزان الودگی به فلزات سنگین و مقایسه آناتومیکی برگ گیاه چنار Platanus orientalis) ) در دو منطقه تهران
آلودگیهای محیط شهری بر گیاهان تأثیر نامطلوبی دارند و گیاه برای مقابله با چنین تنشهایی از نظر آناتومیکی تغییراتی را در برگهای خود به وجود میآورند. مطالعة حاضر بهمنظور اندازهگیری تجمع عناصر کادمیم، سرب، روی، مس، نیکل و کروم در برگ درختان چنار و پاسخ آناتومیکی این گونه به آلودگی موجود در شهر تهران و مقایسه آن با پارک جنگلی چیتگر (منطقه کمآلوده) انجام شد. برای این منظور، 20 اصله درخت سالم و متقارن انتخاب و 3 برگ از جهت غربی تاج هر درخت نمونه برداری شد. برگها در اواخر تابستان 1394 جهت آنالیز عناصر سنگین (کادمیم، سرب، نیکل، کروم، روی و مس) و پارامترهای آناتومیکی (تراکم، طول و عرض روزنه، ضخامت لایههای کوتیکولی و اپیدرمی و ضخامت سلولهای پارانشیمی) جمعآوری شدند. نتایج نشان داد که غلظت کادمیم، سرب، نیکل و کروم در منطقة آلودة بیشتر از پارک جنگلی چیتگر بود. تراکم روزنه و ضخامت اپیدرم بالایی و پایینی در منطقة شهری به-طور معنیداری کمتر از پارک جنگلی چیتگر بود P≤0.05)). همچنین طول و عرض روزنه در منطقة شهری بهطور معنیداری کمتر از پارک جنگلی چیتگر بود. تغییرات مشاهدهشده استراتژیهای آناتومیکی چنار برای مقابله با آلودگی محیط شهری در تهران است. چنار منبع مناسبی به منظور ذخیره آلایندههاست و برای مقابله با این مقدار آلاینده، پارمترهای آناتومیکی برگ را در جهت تحمل تنش به طور معنیداری تغییر میدهد. پس میتوان گفت که چنار به مقدار افزایش آلاینده حساس است که سریع از نطر آناتومیکی واکنش نشان داده است.

به منظور تعدیل اثرات تنش شوری در تریتیکاله با کاربرد کودهای زیستی و روی، آزمایش فاکتوریلی در قالب طرح پایه بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار اجرا گردید. فاکتورهای مورد بررسی شامل شوری خاک (عدم اعمال شوری، شوری 20، 40 و 60 میلیمولار)، کودهای زیستی (عدم کاربرد کود زیستی، کاربرد میکوریز، کاربرد توأم باکتریهای محرک رشد سودوموناس پوتیدا استرین 186 و ازتوباکتر کروکوکوم استرین 5، کاربرد توأم میکوریز و باکتریهای محرک رشد) و محلول پاشی با نانواکسید (عدم مصرف، مصرف 4/0 و 8/0 گرم در لیتر) بودند. نتایج نشان داد که تنش شوری Fv/Fm، محتوای کلروفیل، هدایت روزنهای، محتوای نسبی آب و عملکرد دانه کاهش داد در حالی که هدایت الکتریکی و پروتئین دانه افزایش یافت. مقایسه میانگینها نشان داد بالاترین عملکرد دانه، کارایی فتوشیمیایی فتوسیستم II، هدایت روزنهای، محتوای نسبی آب و محتوای کلروفیل در حالت کاربرد توأم باکتریهای محرک رشد و میکوریز، محلول پاشی 8/0 گرم در لیتر نانواکسید روی و عدم اعمال شوری به دست آمد. اعمال شوری 20، 40 و 60 میلیمولار عملکرد دانه را به ترتیب9/8، 11/22 و 34/32 درصد کاهش داد و استفاده توأم کودهای بیولوژیک و نانواکسید روی به ترتیب 17/40، 74/49 و40 درصد از این کاهش عملکرد را جبران کردند. بر اساس نتایج این بررسی، به نظر میرسد کاربرد کودهای بیولوژیک و محلول پاشی با نانواکسید روی میتواند برای سودمندی تولید تریتیکاله تحت شرایط شوری خاک توصیه شود.

اثرکمآبیاری بر برخی ویژگیهای مرفولوژیکی و فیزیولوژیکی سه رقم توتفرنگی
خشکی یکی از تنشهای محیطی عمده است که فتوسنتز، رشد و تولید گیاه را کاهش میدهد. کمآبیاری که در آن کمتر از 100 درصد تبخیر و تعرق گیاه توسط آبیاری جایگزین میشود، میتواند برای کاهش نیاز آب آبیاری مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر سه تیمار آبیاری (آبیاری کامل، کمآبیاری ملایم و کمآبیاری شدید) روی سه رقم توتفرنگی (دارسلکت، السانتا و سوناتا) انجام شد. آزمایش به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی صورت گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که رقم السانتا سطح و وزن برگ بیشتر و سوناتا سطح و وزن برگ کمتری داشت. السانتا راندمان تعرق بالا ولی کمترین راندمان مصرف آب را نشان داد. سوناتا راندمان تعرق کم و راندمان مصرف آب بالایی داشت. السانتا و سوناتا بهترتیب کمترین و بیشترین عملکرد را داشتند. میوه های السانتا بالاترین شاخص طعم را داشتند. همبستگی منفی معنیداری بین وزن تر برگ با عملکرد میوه وجود داشت. همچنین راندمان مصرف آب با سطح و وزن تر برگ و وزن خشک کل در پایان آزمایش همبستگی منفی و با عملکرد همبستگی مثبت داشت. بر اساس نتایج بدست آمده تنش اثرات منفی روی سطح برگ، وزن خشک کل و عملکرد میوه داشت و در کل پاسخ سوناتا به دلیل عملکرد بیشتر، مطلوبتر از دو رقم دیگر بود.

نقش قارچ اندوفیت سرندیپیتا ایندیکا در تثبیت گیاهی وابسته به قارچ و عملکرد گیاه گلرنگ در خاک آلوده به سرب
قارچهای مفید اندوفیت ریشه یک نقش مهمی در بهبود عملکرد گیاه داشته و در افزایش کارایی گیاه پالایی میزبان در خاکهای آلوده به فلزات موثرند. در این آزمایش اثرقارچ اندوفیت سرندیپیتا ایندیکا بر تجمع و انتقال سرب، برخی ویژگیهای فیزیولوژیکی و سیستم آنتی اکسیدان برگ در گیاه گلرنگ واریته سینا، بررسی شد. با افزایش میزان سرب در خاک، جذب سرب در ریشه و تجمع آن در ریشه و اندام هوایی بیشتر شد. در گیاهان تلقیح شده با اندوفیت، یک افزایش معنیدار در تجمع سرب در ریشه و یک کاهش معنیدار در تجمع سرب در اندام هوایی مشاهده شد. همچنین گیاهان تلقیح شده با قارچ دارای شاخص انتقال (TF) و شاخص تجمع زیستی ریشه (BFR) بالاتر ولی شاخص تجمع زیستی اندام هوایی (BFS) پایینتر نسبت به گیاهان فاقد تیمار قارچی بودند. حضور قارچ باعث افزایش پارامترهای رشدی، رنگیزههای فتوسنتزی، شاخصهای فلورسانس کلروفیل و آنزیمهای آنتیاکسیدان کاتالاز، آسکوربات پراکسیداز و سوپراکسید دیسموتاز تحت همه غلظتهای سرب در خاک شد. در نظر گرفتن این قارچ برای فرایند تثبیت/بیحرکت سازی فلز سرب وابسته به قارچ در ریشه گیاه میزبان پیشنهاد میشود. همچنین نتیجهگیری شد که قارچ اندوفیت راهبردهای متفاوتی را برای کاهش سمیت سرب و بالا بردن عملکرد گیاه گلرنگ میانجیگری میکند.

مطالعه بوم شناختی، فیزیونومی و فلورستیک منطقه بیابانی کوه نمک قم
چکیده: فرآیندهای جبر گرایانه و اتفاقی در سازماندهی اجتماعات گیاهی مؤثر است ولی اهمیت هرکدام به عوامل مختلفی از قبیل نوع اکوسیستم بستگی دارد. اکوسیستم های بیابانی از شکننده ترین اکوسیستمها هستند. رویشگاه های مذکور مساحت بسیار وسیعی از استان قم را در بر میگیرند. نواحی شمالی، شرقی و جنوب شرقی این استان را نواحی بیابانی در بر گرفته است. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی برخی از فاکتورهای اکولوژیکی مؤثر بر پوشش گیاهی و تعیین لیست فلورستیک منطقه بیابانی کوه نمک که از کانون های بحرانی فرسایش بادی استان قم بحساب می آید، می باشد. در این مطالعه تعدادی ترانسکت 100 متری با روش آمار برداری سیستماتیک تصادفی در منطقه ای با وسعت حدود 1500 هکتار پیاده شد و ضمن جمع آوری و شناسایی گیاهان بمنظور مطالعه فلورستیکی، نسبت گونه، تعداد افراد، و مساحت تاج پوشش گونه ها و پارامترهای آماری و درصد خطای نمونه برداری با فرمول ها و جداول آماری تعیین گردید. بر اساس نتایج حاصله از این تحقیق، 28 گونه گیاهی، متعلق به 11 خانواده شناسایی شد، که بیشترین سهم گونه ای از آن خانواده اسفناج می باشد. این یافته با نتایج اکثر مطالعات فلورستیکی مناطق بیابانی مطابقت دارد. نسبت گونه در هر ترانسکت بطور میانگین 7/2 بدست آمد (درصد خطای کمتر از %5). با توجه به شرایط ژئو مورفولوژی منطقه، میزان کم و نامناسب بارندگی، فاکتورهای مربوط به خاک و سایر عوامل اکولوژیک در این عرصه بیابانی، اجتماعات گیاهی توسعه کمی داشته و بیشترین فرم رویشی مربوط به کامفیت ها و تروفیت ها می باشد.

تاثیر شرایط رشد ریز نمونه و تنظیم کنندههای رشد بر القاءکالوس گیاه سیبزمینی (Solanum tuberosum L.)
امروزه تکنیکهای کشت بافت گیاهی به عنوان ابزار مفیدی برای ایجاد تنوع ژنتیکی به منظور بهنژادی محصولات کشاورزی و همچنین تولید گیاهان عاری از ویروس به کار میروند. هدف از این پژوهش ارائه یک روش مؤثر بر کالوسزایی و باززایی در گیاه سیبزمینی میباشد. این تحقیق به صورت آزمایش فاکتوریل در قالب طرح پایه کاملاً تصادفی با 3 تکرار اجرا شد. در این تحقیق بهمنظور ایجاد کالوس، ریزنمونههای مختلف (ساقه، برگ و غده) سه رقم سیبزمینی (سانته، آگریا و مارفونا) روی محیط کشت MS حاوی غلظتهای مختلف 2-4,D، NAA، IAA، IBA و پیکلورام به تنهایی و به همراه کینتین و BAP قرار داده شدند. محیط کشت MS حاوی 2 میلیگرم در لیتر 2-4,D با غلظتهای مختلف کینتین بهعنوان بهترین محیطهای کشت کالوسزایی انتخاب شدند. واکنش سه رقم سیبزمینی به محیط کشت القاء کالوس متفاوت بود بدین صورت که رقم مارفونا بیشترین و رقم سانته کمترین میزان کالوسزایی را در کلیه محیطهای کشت القاء کالوس داشتند. کالوسها بهطور مطلوب روی محیط کشت MS حاوی 3 میلیگرم در لیتر 2-4,D و 5/0 میلیگرم در لیتر اسید جیبرلیک باززا و در محیط حاوی 2 میلیگرم در لیتر IBA ریشهدار شدند.

بررسی گرده شناسی جنس Crocus L. (Iridaceae) با تاکید بر تاکسونومی در ایران
زعفران بعنوان یک جنس شاخص از زیرخانوادهCrocoideae Burnett. و متعلق به خانوادهIridaceae دارای حدود 100 گونه در دنیا می باشد. این جنس در ایران نیز دارای 8 گونه از دو زیربخش Crocus و Nudiscapus است. بدلیل اهمیت شواهد گرده شناختی و نقش آن ها در تمایز تاکسونومیکی این جنس و نیز فقدان مطالعات جامع در این حوزه در ایران، موضوع فوق مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. نمونه های گرده ای این مطالعه با استفاده از میکروسکپ الکترونی نگاره (SEM) عکس برداری شدند. بر اساس ارزیابی های انجام شده، دانه های گرده ی این جنس در رده متوسط تا بزرگ طبقه بندی می گردند. علاوه بر این، انتشار دانه های گرده بصورت monad (منفرد) و شکل کلی آنها spheroidal (کروی) می باشد. همچنین الگوی منافذ spiraperture (شامل یک یا چند منفذ مارپیچی) از مارپیچی منفرد پیوسته تا چندین مارپیچ نامنظم و ناپیوسته متغیر و بوضعیت فرورفته و عمیق تا سطحی متنوع می باشند. دیواره ی دانه های گرده در تاکسون های مطالعه شده intectae (فاقد تکتوم) است و دارای تزئینات microechinate (ریزخاردار) می باشد. نتایج این مطالعه نشان می دهد که صفات گرده شناسی در تمایز بخش ها کارآمد است و در بسیاری از موارد می توانند در جدایی گونه ها و نیز تعیین مرز بین گونه ای مؤثر باشند. با این وجود، شواهد گرده شناسی غالبا" بعنوان صفات کمکی و تأیید کننده محسوب می شوند. بنابراین بکار گیری آن ها همراه با سایر شواهد تاکسونومیکی، می تواند در تعیین محدودهی گونه ای و نیز مرز گونه ها تأثیر گذار باشد.

جنس گزنه با نام علمی Urtica L.از تیره Urticaceae، میباشد. در جدیدترین مطالعه مربوط به این جنس در ایران 3 گونه شامل U. dioica L.، U. urens L. و U. pilulifera L. گزارش شده است. مطالعه کنونی به منظور بررسی تنوع بین گونه ای و درون گونه ای بر اساس دادههای ریختشناسی در جمعیت هایی از گونههای این جنس در ایران به روش تاکسونومی عددی انجام گرفت. بدین منظور 13 جمعیت از 3 گونه بر اساس 60 صفت ریخت شناسی اندامهای رویشی و زایشی مورد بررسی دقیق قرار گرفته و برای هر فرد جدول ویژگیهای ریختشناسی و کدبندی صفات تکمیل گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل آماری و ارزیابی تاکسونومی عددی بر روی دادههای بدست آمده با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS- VER. 16 انجام گردید. بر اساس نتایج بدست آمده، کلید جدید شناسایی گونه و شرح های جدید گونه ها برای جنس گزنه در ایران تهیه گردیده که در آن علاوه بر تکمیل ویژگیهای ریخت شناسی ذکر شده در منابع و فلورهای پیش از این، از نتیجه مطالعه ریزریخت شناسی نویسندگان مقاله حاضر مربوط به دانه گرده و فندقه نیز بخوبی استفاده شده است، همچنین عدم حضور گونه U. cannabina L. در فلور ایران در این مطالعه نیز تائید شده است.

اثرات جیبرلین بر محتوای رنگیزه های فتوسنتزی، پرولین، فنل و فلاونوئید در گیاه دارویی مرزه (Satureja hortensis L.) تحت تنش شوری
تنش شوری یکی از عمده ترین موانع برای رشد و تولید موفق محصول در گیاهان است. عوامل هورمونی مانند جیبرلین به عنوان تنظیم کننده رشد گیاهی می تواند اثرات فیزیولوژیکی و بیوشیمیایی متفاوتی در گیاهان تحت تنش شوری ایفا کنند. در پژوهش حاضر اثر غلظت های مختلف کلرید سدیم (صفر،30،60،90 و120 میلی مولار) و جیبرلین (صفر و 100 میکروگرم در لیتر) بر محتوای رنگیزه های فتوسنتزی، پرولین، مالون دی آلدهید، فنل و فلاونوئید در گیاه مرزه مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که میزان کلروفیل های aو b با افزایش غلظت های شوری و کاربرد جیبرلین کاهش می یابد. در مقابل شوری میزان پرولین، فنل کل و فلاونوئید را در گیاهان مرزه تحت تنش به طور معنی داری نسبت به نمونه شاهد افزایش داد. در برهم کنش شوری و جیبرلین نیز میزان این ترکیبات نسبت به شاهد و تیمارهای ساده شوری افزایش معنی داری را نشان داد. میزان تجمع مالون دی آلدهید که میزان تخریب و پراکسیداسیون لیپیدهای غشایی را نشان می دهد نیز با افزایش غلظت کلریدسدیم افزایش معنی داری نسبت به نمونه شاهد داشت ولی با اضافه کردن 100 میکروگرم در لیتر جیبرلین به تیمارهای شوری میزان تجمع آن کاهش یافت که این نشان می دهد جیبرلین آثار منفی نمک بر پراکسیداسیون لیپیدهای غشاء را کم کرده و بدین ترتیب باعث افزایش مقاومت گیاهان به شرایط تنش شده است.

ساختار و پراکنش مکانی جوامع درختی آردوج (Juniperus foetidissima Willd.) در منطقه ارسباران
با توجه به حساسیت حضور گونهی آردوج (.Juniperus foetidissima Willd) در رویشگاه جنگلی ارسباران و خاص بودن حضور این گونه در منطقه، بررسی ساختار تودههای آردوج با استفاده از شاخصهای مرتبط با ساختار میتواند به مدیریت بهتر این گونه کمک نماید. هدف اصلی این تحقیق بررسی ساختار مکانی این گونه به منظور بررسی وضعیت کمی ساختاری گونه-ی آردوج در منطقه ارسباران میباشد. هشت قطعه نمونه یک هکتاری با دو روش صددرصد و روش فاصلهای با نزدیکترین همسایه آماربرداری شد. مشخصههایی از قبیل قطر برابر سینه، ارتفاع، فاصله و زاویه درختان از یکدیگر و از درخت شاهد داده-برداری شدند. شاخصهای ساختاری از قبیل شاخص زاویه یکنواخت، فاصله همسایگی، تمایز قطری و تمایز ارتفاعی محاسبه شد. نتایج نشان داد که گونهی آردوج به صورت توده خالص ظاهر شده است. میانگین مقادیر شاخص زاویه یکنواخت، 24/0 و فاصله همسایگی برابر با 6/4 متر برآورد شد. همچنین میانگین شاخص تمایز قطری و ارتفاعی به ترتیب برابر با 01/0 و 07/0 بدست آمد. در قطعات نمونه مطالعه شده، حدود 53 درصد از درختان میانگین فاصله بین درختان کمتر از چهار متر بود. در دو شاخص تمایز قطری و ارتفاعی، حدود 90 درصد درختان در منطقه مورد مطالعه، اختلاف قطری و ارتفاعی کمتر از 3/0 نسبت به درختان همسایه دارند. میتوان نتیجهگیری نمود که تودهی مورد مطالعه یک توده خالص، همگن و نسبتاً جوان میباشد. چنین اطلاعاتی به عنوان پیش نیازی برای مدیریت بهتر اکوسیستم و انجام اقدامات احیایی و حفاظتی میتواند مورد استفاده قرار بگیرد.

ارزیابی تنوع ژنتیکی برخی تیپهای بومی فندق (Corylus avellana L.) بر اساس صفات مورفولوژیکی درمنطقه اهر
فندق یکی از مهمترین میوههای خشک تجاری است. بررسی تنوع ژنتیکی فندق، جهت گزینش ژنوتیپهای برتر و استفاده در برنامههای اصلاحی لازم میباشد. در این مطالعه با استفاده از 34 صفت کیفی و 22 صفت کمی تنوع ژنتیکی 28 ژنوتیپ گزینششده از منطقه فندقلوی اهر ارزیابی شدند. بر اساس نتایج حاصله، برخی از صفات مثل کلروفیل کل، طول شاتون، وزن پوشینه، وزن پوسته سخت و وزن 100 عدد میوه دارای ضریب تغییرات بالایی بودند. ضرایب همبستگی نشان داد بین برخی از صفات اندازهگیری شده از قبیل برگ، ابعاد و وزن میوه و مغز همبستگی معنیداری وجود دارد. تجزیه کلاستر و برش دندروگرام، ژنوتیپها را در فاصله ژنتیکی 4 تا 25، به دو گروه اصلی تقسیم کرد. تجزیه به عاملها، متغیرهای مورد ارزیابی را به 6 عامل اصلی کاهش داد که در مجموع 65/85 درصد واریانس کل را توجیه نمودند. میوه ژنوتیپها به سه فرم گرد، دوکی و پهن تقسیم شد که اکثر ژنوتیپها دارای میوه گرد بودند. زمان رسیدن میوهها از نیمه دوم ماه مرداد تا نیمه اول شهریور متغیر بود و باهم اختلاف معنیداری داشتند. تمامی ژنوتیپها پروتاندر بودند. باز شدن گلهای نر و شروع گردهافشانی از اواسط بهمن تا اواخر بهمن و زمان ظهور کلالهها از اوایل اسفند تا اواسط اسفند متغییر بود. نتایج حاصل بیانگر وجود تنوع زیاد در اکثر صفات مورد بررسی بود. در این بین وزن و ابعاد میوه در تمایز ژنوتیپها نقشی اساسی داشتند. در کل نتایج نشان داد که صفات مورفولوژیکی میتواند بهعنوان یک ابزار مهم برای شناسایی و ارزیابی ژنوتیپهای فندق باشد.

معرفی فلور، شکل زیستی و پراکنش جغرافیایی گیاهان منطقه تنگ بالنگستان
آگاهی از خصوصیات اکولوژیکی و پراکنش جغرافیایی گیاهان دارویی یک منطقه کمک به فعالیت های مدیریتی، حفاظتی و بهره برداری پایدار از پتانسیل آنها خواهد نمود. این تحقیق در محدوده حوزه آبخیز تنگ بالنگستان با مساحت 1767 هکتار در استان خوزستان، شهرستان بهبهان واقع شده است، انجام پذیرفت. در این تحقیق به روش عملیات صحرایی در فاصله فروردین تا خرداد ماه 1392 تعداد 65 گونه گیاهی متعلق به 27 تیره شناسایی شد. که به ترنیب تیره Gramineae با 10 گونه وتیره Compositae با 9 گونه و تیره Papilionaceae با 8 گونه و تیره Brassicaceae با 6 گونه بیشترین تعداد گونه ها را به خود اختصاص داده اند که از میان گونه های شناسایی شده 7 گونه اندمیک و 3 گونه نادر بودند و اینکه فرم های تروفیت ها با 23/49 درصد و همی کریپتوفیت ها با 23/29 درصد از مهمترین گروه های ساختاری طیف زیستی منطقه به روش رانکیه بودند و در بررسی پراکنش جغرافیایی عناصر گیاهی براساس روش Zohary, Thakghtaja و Leonard نیز مشخص شد که 69/47 درصد گونه ها (31 گونه) به ناحیه رویشی ایران تورانی مربوط بوده وسایر گونه ها علاوه بر ناحیه رویشی ایران تورانی در سایر نواحی رویشی نیز یافت می شوند.

بررسی تأثیر گال روی ترکیبات بیوشیمیایی برگ درختان بلوط ایرانی (Quercus persica) (مطالعه موردی: منطقه بلوران استان لرستان)
گال نوعی تغییر شکل بافتهای گیاهی است که توسط برخی از حشرات القا شده است و اغلب برای تغذیه و یا به عنوان پناهگاه از آن استفاده میکنند. یکی از مهمترین میزبانهای عوامل گالزا درخت بلوط ایرانی است. در این پژوهش تأثیر گال بر ترکیبات بیوشیمیایی با بررسی مقدار فعالیت آنتیاکسیدان، تانن متراکم، تانن کل، پروتئین کل، ترکیبات فلاونوئیدی، فنل کل قند نامحلول و قند محلول در نمونه برگهایی که از سرشاخه های سالم و گالدار درختان بلوط ایرانی در منطقه بلوران شهرستان خرم آباد که بهطور تصادفی نمونهبرداری شده بودند، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج بررسی عناصر نشان داد که میزان مقدار فنل کل، تانن کل، تانن متراکم، آنتیاکسیدان، قند نامحلول و قند محلول در سرشاخههای گالدار افزایش معنیداری نسبت به سرشاخههای بدون گال داشتند و از لحاظ ترکیبات فلاونوئیدی و پروتئین هر چند در سرشاخههای گالدار نسبت به سرشاخههای بدون گال بیشتر بود اما تفاوت معناداری نداشتند. نتایج این مطالعه حاکی از تأثیرپذیری و تغییر ترکیبات ثانویه برگ درختان بلوط در اثر ایجاد گال میباشد.

ارزیابی تعدیل تنش شوری با استفاده از اسید هیومیک و اسید آسکوربیک در گیاه دارویی بادرشبی (Dracocephalum moldavica L.)
به منظور ارزیابی تعدیل تنش شوری با استفاده از اسید هیومیک و اسید آسکوربیک در بادرشبی، آزمایشی به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار اجرا شد. تیمارهای آزمایش شامل شوری در چهار سطح (0، 50، 100 و 150 میلیمولار)، اسید هیومیک و اسید آسکوربیک در سه سطح (0، 100 و 200 میلیگرم در لیتر) بود. صفات رویشی گیاه از قبیل طول شاخه فرعی، طول سنبله و صفات مربوط به ریشه با افزایش میزان تنش شوری کاهش معنیداری نسبت به شاهد نشان دادند و کاربرد اسید هیومیک در هر دو سطح و اسید آسکوربیک (عمدتا سطح 200 میلیگرم در لیتر) سبب بهبود این صفات نسبت به شاهد گردید. محتوای نسبی آب برگ نیز تحت تاثیر تنش شوری به شدت کاهش یافت و کاربرد 100 و 200 میلیگرم در لیتر اسید هیومیک و اسید آسکوربیک (تاحدودی) توانست سبب جبران این خسارت شود. همچنین نشت الکترولیت بهشدت تحت تنش شوری افزایش یافت و کاربرد اسید هیومیک سبب بهبود این صفت گردید. فعالیت آنتیاکسیدانی و فنول کل نیز در تنش 50 میلیمولار کاهش یافتند و با افزایش سطح شوری به 100 و 150 میلیمولار میزان آنها افزایش یافتند. مقدار پرولین در سطوح مختلف تنش (50، 100 و 150 میلیمولار) بیشتر از شاهد (عدم شوری) بود و کاربرد اسید هیومیک و اسید آسکوربیک در سطوح بالا (200 میلیگرم در لیتر) موجب کاهش پرولین گردید. این نتایج میتواند گویای اثر تعدیل کننده تخفیفدهندهها بویژه کاربرد سطوح بالای آنها (200میلیگرم در لیتر) بر فرآیندهای فیزیولوژیک و صفات رویشی بادرشبی تحت تنش شوری باشد.

ریشهزایی و رشد شاخساره قلمههای فیکوس معمولی (Ficus elastica Roxb. ex Hornem) در پاسخ به ایندول بوتیریک اسید و پاکلوبوترازول
در این پژوهش اثر تنظیم کننده رشد ایندول بوتیریک اسید (IBA: صفر، 2000 و 4000 میلیگرم در لیتر) و کند کننده رشد پاکلوبوترازول (PBZ: صفر، 250 و 500 میلیگرم در لیتر) به تنهایی و در ترکیب با هم بر ریشهزایی و رشد شاخساره قلمههای چوب نرم فیکوس معمولی (Ficus elastica) بررسی شد. نتایج نشان داد کاربرد IBA به تنهایی در هر دو غلظت2000 و 4000 میلیگرم در لیتر سبب افزایش درصد ریشهزایی در قلمهها میشود، ولی کاربرد PBZ به تنهایی تفاوت معنیداری در آن در مقایسه با تیمار شاهد ایجاد نکرد. بیشترین تعداد، طول، حجم، وزن تر و خشک ریشه و شاخساره و نیز طول ساقه اصلی در تیمار 2000 میلیگرم در لیتر IBA بهدست آمد. بیشترین تعداد شاخه جانبی، قطر ساقه اصلی و کلروفیل برگ در تیمار 500 میلیگرم در لیتر PBZ مشاهده شد. به طور کلی تاثیر تیمار 2000 میلیگرم در لیتر IBA بر شاخصهای ریشهزایی و تیمار 4000 میلیگرم در لیتر IBA+500 میلیگرم در لیتر PBZ بر رشد شاخساره موثرتر بود.

اثرات تنش شوری روی نرخ تبادلات گازی و پتانسیل آبی برگ دو گونه ارغوان (Cercis siliquastrum L.) و اقاقیا (Robinia pseudoacacia L.)
اقاقیا و ارغوان از جمله گونههایی هستند که در جنگلکاریها و برنامههای توسعه فضای سبز شهری به وفور مورد استفاده قرار میگیرند. پژوهش حاضر پاسخ فیزیولوژیکی نهالهای گلدانی دو گونه اقاقیا و ارغوان معمولی را تحت تأثیر تنش شوری مورد بررسی قرار میدهد. آزمایش بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی و در 4 تکرار (هر تکرار 4 گلدان) صورت گرفت. برای این منظور نهالهای دو گونه طی آزمایشی با محلول سدیم کلرید به مدت 90 روز در مکان مسقف در چهار سطح شوری 0، 5، 10 و 20 دسی زیمنس بر متر آبیاری شدند. نتایج نشان داد با افزایش تنش شوری، کلیه فاکتورهای فیزیولوژیکی هر دو گونه کاهش معنیداری نشان دادند. نهالهای آبیاری شده هر دو گونه با سطوح بالای شوری سدیم کلرید (10 و 20 دسی زیمنس بر متر) دارای کمترین میزان فتوسنتز، هدایت روزنهای، تعرق و پتانسیل آبی ساقه بودند. همچنین نهالهای هر دو گونه پاسخ مناسب از نظر پارامترهای مورد مطالعه تا سطح 10 دسی زیمنس بر متر به شوری را نشان دادند. با توجه به نتایج پیشنهاد میشود تا در پروژههای احیاء و جنگلکاری در مناطق خشک و نیمه خشک همچنین برنامههای توسعه فضای سبز شهری که شوری آب و خاک پایینتر از 10 دسی زیمنس بر متر است، جهت جنگلکاری از دو گونه ارغوان و اقاقیا استفاده شود.

اثر کادمیوم بر ویژگی های ریختی - تشریحی و میزان رنگیزه های گیاه نیشکر (Saccarum officinarum L.) واریته103 -48Cp در شرایط درون شیشه
کادمیوم یکی از سمیترین فلزات سنگین است که اثرات مخرب و پایداری بر اکوسیستمها وارد میکند. این فلز از طریق خاک وارد گیاه شده و دامنه وسیعی از تغییرات در سطح ماکرو تا سطوح سلولی را سبب میشود. در این پژوهش گیاهچههای نیشکر حاصل از کشت درون شیشه به مدت 14 روز در شرایط 16/8 ساعت روشنایی/تاریکی و دمای 25 درجه سانتی گراد در غلظتهای مختلف کادمیوم 500،250،100،0 میکرومولار بر لیتر قرار گرفتند. پس از نمونهبرداری، ویژگیهای مورفومتری و میزان رنگیزهها مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. برشهای دستی از نمونهها تهیه شد و لامها با میکروسکوپ نوری مشاهده شدند. نتایج حاصل پس از اندازهگیری ویژگیهای مورفومتری نشاندهندهی کاهش شاخص متوسط برگ سبز، کاهش وزنتر، کاهش طول ریشه و کاهش ارتفاع میباشد. سنجش میزان کلروفیل نشان داد که با افزایش غلظت کادمیوم میزان کلروفیل a, b و کلروفیل کل به طور معنیدار کاهش یافت، اما میزان کارتنوئیدها افزایش پیدا کرد. تیمار کادمیوم سبب افزایش ابعاد دهانهی آوندهای چوب، سلولهای غلاف آوندی و ضخامت در برگ و همچنین افزایش سطوح سلولهای آوندی، آندودرم، اگزودرم و سلول مغز و پوست در ریشه شد. کادمیوم با تغییر در روابط آبی گیاه و به دنبال آن اثر بر فتوسنتز، تعرق و تنفس، بر ویژگیهای ریختی و میزان رنگیزههای گیاهی نیز موثر است. همچنین این فلز به علت القای تمایز زودرس سلولهای گیاه به ویژه ریشه سبب تغییرات تشریحی در گیاه نیشکر میشود.
