As olive cultivars may exhibit different level of drought tolerance, the selection of the most drought – tolerant for cultivation in this area is important. For this purpose, the effect of water deprivation on plant water potential (ψw), relative water content (RWC), total soluble protein, proline, malonedialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismotase (SOD) and preoxidase enzyme activity in three olive cultivars (Olea europaea L. var ‘Dezfoli’, ‘T2’, ‘Koroneiki’) was studied. Olive trees, grown under field condition in Ahwaz were kept without irrigation for 14 days periods. Changes Of these parameters were measured on 1st , 4th,8th, 13th of the period. Plant water status (ψw), relative water content (RWC) and total soluble protein of three cultivars decreased with increasing level of drought stress. Proline and MDA content increased with increasing level of drought stress. There was not any significant difference among three cultivars except MDA. Dezfoli showed lower value of MDA content. Significant increasing of SOD and POX activity was observed during the progressive increment of drought stress in all three cultivars. Dezfoli showed higher levels of SOD activity. We concluded higher levels of SOD activity and lower level of MDA in Dezfoli during the development of drought stress indicate this cultivar has more tolerance to oxidative stress due to drought stress than the other cultivars.}, keywords = {drought stress,Malonedialdehyde (MDA),Olive,Peroxidase (POX),Proline,Superoxide dismotase (SOD)}, title_fa = {مقایسه اثر تنش کم آبی بر تغییرات میزان پرولین و فعالیت آنزیم های آنتی اکسیدان در سه رقم زیتون (Olea europaea L.)}, abstract_fa = {زیتون (Olea europaea L.) یکی از گونه های متحمل به خشکی می باشد. اما پژوهش ها نشان داده که ارقام مختلف زیتون نیز،‏ تحمل متفاوتی را به کمبود آب نشان می دهند، از اینرو انتخاب رقم مناسب برای کشت در نواحی خشک و نیمه خشک امری ضروری می باشد. نتایج نشان داد که میزان پتانسیل آب گیاه، رطوبت نسبی برگ و پروتئین محلول کل سه رقم با پیشرفت تنش خشکی کاهش می یابد. بین سه رقم تفاوت معنی داری مشاهده نشد. در صورتی که میزان مالون دی آلدهید و پرولین با پیشرفت کمبود آب افزایش نشان داد. میزان افزایش مالون دی آلدهید در رقم دزفولی کمتر بود. فعالیت آنزیم سوپراکسید دیسموتاز و پراکسیداز نیز در هر سه رقم افزایش نشان داد. افزایش فعالیت آنزیم سوپراکسید دیسموتاز در رقم دزفولی بیش از رقم های T2 و کرونیکی بود. اما بین سه رقم از نظر میزان فعالیت آنزیم پراکسیداز تفاوت معنی داری مشاهده نشد. به نظر می رسد بیشتر بودن فعالیت آنزیم سوپراکسید دیسموتاز و در نتیجه کمتر بودن میزان مالون دی آلدهید در رقم دزفولی باعث کاهش اثرات منفی تنش می گردد و در نتیجه این رقم نسبت به دو رقم دیگر تحمل بیشتری به تنش خشکی نشان می دهد.}, keywords_fa = {پراکسیداز,پرولین,تنش خشکی,زیتون,سوپراکسید دیسموتاز,مالون دی آلدهید}, url = {https://plant.ijbio.ir/article_348.html}, eprint = {https://plant.ijbio.ir/article_348_00b588d9e9b3c2e4090c10bbe3d31929.pdf} }
