Regel belongs to the family Asphodelaceae and is distributed in parts of the West, Northwest, Center, and Northeast of Iran. Considering the importance of fatty acids as a group of important drug metabolites in plants, in this research, the profile of fatty acids of three organs (flower, leaf and seed) of E. inderiensis was investigated using GC–MS method. The results showed that the profile of fatty acids of this plant is relatively different among the analyzed organs. In each of the organs, we identified a relatively unique fatty acids profile. In the seeds, linoleic acid (68.03%), oleic acid (15.77%) and palmitic acid (8.85%) were the main fatty acids, but in flowers and leaves, fatty acids such as linolenic acid (30.55%, 31.80%), palmitic acid (27.92%, 23.64%) and linoleic acid (21.03%, 13.47%) were the main components, respectively. Overall, fatty acids profile of flowers and leaves were very similar compared with seeds. Due to the relatively high amounts of unsaturated fatty acids in the organs of this plant, especially the seeds and also the role of these compounds as essential fatty acids, it can be concluded that plant organs can be useful sources of these fatty acids, which would have different uses for medicinal and nutritional purposes.}, keywords = {Fatty acid profile,Eremurus,Iran,medicinal plants,Asphodelaceae}, title_fa = {بررسی و مقایسه ترکیب اسیدهای چرب در اندام‌های مختلف گیاه Eremurus inderiensis (M.Bieb.) Regel}, abstract_fa = {گیاه Eremurus inderiensis (M.Bieb.) Regel متعلق به تیره سریشیان (Asphodelaceae) بوده که پراکنش آن در مناطقی از غرب، شمال‌غرب، مرکز و شمال‌شرق ایران است. با توجه به اهمیت اسیدهای چرب به عنوان گروهی از متابولیت‌های دارویی مهم در گیاهان، در این پژوهش نیمرخ اسیدهای چرب در اندام‌های گل، برگ و دانه گیاه E. inderiensis با استفاده از روش GC– MS مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که نیمرخ اسیدهای چرب در اندام‌های این گیاه نسبتاً متفاوت است. در هر ‌یک از اندام‌ها برخی از اسیدهای چرب با مقادیر بالا به عنوان اسیدهای چرب اصلی و عمده شناسایی شدند. به طوریکه در دانه‌ها به ترتیب لینولئیک اسید (03/68 %)، اولئیک اسید (77/15 %) و پالمیتیک اسید (85/8 %) به عنوان اسیدهای چرب اصلی بودند، اما در گل‌ها و برگ‌ها به‌ ترتیب اسیدهای چرب لینولنیک اسید (55/30 % و 08/31 %)، پالمیتیک اسید (99/27 % و 64/23 %) و لینولئیک اسید (03/21 % و 47/13 %) به عنوان اسیدهای چرب اصلی وجود داشتند. در‌ مجموع نیمرخ اسیدهای چرب گل و برگ نسبت به دانه تشابه زیادی نشان داد. با توجه به مقادیر نسبتاً بالای اسیدهای چرب غیر‌اشباع در اندام‌های این گیاه به‌ خصوص دانه‌ها و همچنین نقشی که این ترکیبات به عنوان اسیدهای چرب ضروری ایفا می کنند، می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که این اندام‌ها می‌توانند به عنوان منابع مفیدی از این اسیدهای چرب در‌نظر گرفته شوند که خود دارای کاربردهای مختلفی به لحاظ دارویی و تغذیه‌ای است.}, keywords_fa = {نیمرخ اسیدهای چرب,سریش,ایران,گیاهان دارویی,سریشیان}, url = {https://plant.ijbio.ir/article_1927.html}, eprint = {https://plant.ijbio.ir/article_1927_44813b69364eefb557b9424da3f87641.pdf} }
