Aegilops spp. is one of the wild relatives of bread wheat and has a large distribution in the Middle East and West Asia, with Iran covering a large part of this region. In this research, 154 native populations of Aegilops triuncialis L. from the National Iranian Genetic Bank were evaluated in an Agement block design with three replications. Evaluation of morphological traits was carried out according to the instructions of the International Institute of Genetic Resources. According to the results, the highest genetic diversity was related to the Aegilops triuncialis populations of East Azarbaijan and Ghazvin provinces, and the least diversity was in the populations of Kurdistan and North Khorasan provinces. In terms of diversity coefficient of qualitative traits, the accessions of East Azarbaijan, West Azarbaijan and Zanjan provinces in most of the traits have the highest indices and the accessions of Semnan province were in most of the traits lacking diversity. Correlation analysis showed that spike and stem traits had the highest correlation coefficients. Based on the cluster analysis of the accessions with morphological traits, in some cases, the grouping pattern was matched with the geographic distribution of the accessions. Given that the use of wild wheat relatives in breeding programs requires genetic diversity, the results of this study emphasize the importance of Ae. triuncialis species as a source of valuable genes that have high genetic potential for wheat breeding.}, keywords = {Aegilops triuncialis,Factor analysis,Genetic diversity,Geographic distributhion}, title_fa = {بررسی تنوع مورفو‌‌‌‌ ژنتیکی توده‌های بومی گونه .Aegilops triuncialis L جمع آوری‌ شده از نیمه شمالی ایران}, abstract_fa = {تنوع ژنتیکی پایه و اساس برنامه‌های به‌نژادی محسوب شده و اصلاح گیاهان با صفات و خصوصیات مطلوب را ممکن می‌سازد. جنس آژیلوپس (.Aegilops spp) یکی از خویشاوندان وحشی گندم نان است و پراکنش وسیعی در خاورمیانه و غرب آسیا دارد که ایران بخش وسیعی از این منطقه را در بر می‌گیرد. در این تحقیق 154 توده بومی گونه آژیلوپس ترنسیالیس (Aegilops triuncialis L.) تهیه شده از بانک ژن گیاهی ملی ایران در قالب طرح بلوکی آگمنت با سه تکرار مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. ارزیابی صفات مورفولوژیکی طبق دستورالعمل موسسه بین‌المللی ذخایر ژنتیکی انجام شد. بر اساس نتایج، بیشترین تنوع ژنتیکی مربوط به توده‌هایAe. triuncialis استان‌های آذربایجان شرقی و قزوین و کمترین تنوع مربوط به توده‌های استان‌های کردستان و خراسان شمالی بود. از لحاظ ضریب تنوع صفات کیفی توده‌های استان‌های آذربایجان‌شرقی، آذربایجان‌غربی و زنجان در اغلب صفات دارای بالاترین شاخص و توده‌های استان سمنان در بیشتر صفات فاقد تنوع بودند. تجزیه همبستگی نشان داد که صفات مربوط به سنبله و ساقه دارای بیشترین ضرایب همبستگی با یکدیگر هستند. بر اساس تجزیه خوشه‌ای توده‌ها با صفات مورفولوژیک، در برخی موارد گروه‌بندی ایجاد شده با پراکنش جغرافیایی توده‌ها مطابقت نشان داد. همچنین نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد تنوع ژنتیکی بالایی بین جمعیت‌های مختلف این گونه وجود دارد. با توجه به اینکه به‌کارگیری خویشاوندان وحشی گندم در برنامه‌های اصلاحی مستلزم وجود تنوع ژنتیکی می‌باشد، نتایج این مطالعه بر اهمیت به سزای گونه Ae. triuncialis به عنوان منبعی از ژن‌های با ارزش که دارای پتانسیل ژنتیکی بالا جهت اصلاح گندم می‌باشد تأکید می‌کند.}, keywords_fa = {آژیلوپس ترنسیالیس,پراکنش جغرافیایی,تجزیه به عاملی,تنوع ژنتیکی}, url = {https://plant.ijbio.ir/article_1745.html}, eprint = {https://plant.ijbio.ir/article_1745_0a1d94cea4228a2520b1627b2955145b.pdf} }
