The first factor was drought stress at three levels (85%, 65% Field Capacity and control) and second factor includes ten wheat cultivars (Line 27, Kuhdasht, Zagros, Line 24, Gonbad, Line 28, Line 40, Line 39, Line 25 and Line 23) and the third factor was consisted of putrescin spraying with concentrations (0, 0.088 and 0.176 g / L-1). Foliar application of Putrescine was applied to the pots in a three leaf plants. One day after application of Putrescin's spray solution, drought stress was applied based on field capacity and one week after placement of the plant in the desired stress sample was taken. For this purpose, total protein, soluble sugars, lysine and methionine amino acids, anthocyanin pigments and antioxidant enzymes (catalase, peroxidase and polyphenoloxidase) and proline were evaluated. Studies have shown that, under putrescin treatment, increased the concentration of amino acids proline and carbohydrates, which plays a fundamental role in plant defense mechanisms. Catalase and peroxidase activity decreased with increasing putrescine concentration and polyphenoloxidase activity increased in Kohdasht, Line 23, Line 24, Line 25, Line 27, Line 39 and Line 40 and decreased in Gonbad, Zagros and Line 28 cultivars. Also, with increasing drought stress, protein content increased in Gonbad, Kouhdasht, Line 25, Line 27 and Line 28 and decreased in Zagros, Line 23, Line 24, Line 39 and Line 40 respectively.}, keywords = {drought stress,Antioxidant enzymes,Proline,bread wheat,Putrescine}, title_fa = {تاثیر پوترسین در افزایش تحمل گندم به تنش خشکی بر برخی شاخص های بیوشیمیایی در گندم}, abstract_fa = {به منظور بررسی مقاومت ارقام مختلف گندم تحت تنش خشکی، آزمایشی به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی در 3 تکرار انجام گرفت. فاکتور اول تنش خشکی در سه سطح (85 درصد، 65 درصد ظرفیت زراعی و شاهد) و فاکتور دوم شامل ده رقم گندم (لاین 27، کوهدشت، زاگرس، لاین 24، گنبد، لاین 28، لاین 40، لاین 39، لاین 25 و لاین 23) و فاکتور سوم شامل محلول‌پاشی پوترسین با غلظت‌های (صفر، 088/0 گرم در لیتر و 178/0 گرم در لیتر) در نظر گرفته شد. محلول-پاشی پوتریسین در مرحله‌ی سه برگچه‌ای گیاهچه صورت گرفت. و یک روز پس از محلول‌پاشی پوتریسین، تنش خشکی بر اساس ظرفیت زراعی اعمال شد و یک هفته بعد از قرار گرفتن گیاه در تنش مورد نظر، نمونه‌برداری انجام گرفت. بدین منظور میزان پروتئین کل، قند محلول، میزان اسید آمینه‌های لیزین و متیونین، رنگدانه آنتوسیانین و آنزیم‌های آنتی‌اکسیدانی (کاتالاز، پراکسیداز و پلی‌فنل‌اکسیداز) و پرولین ارزیابی شد. بررسی‌ها نشان داد که تحت تیمار پوتریسین غلظت اسید آمینه پرولین و کربوهیدرات که در مکانیسم‌های دفاعی گیاه نقش اساسی دارند افزایش یافت. میزان فعالیت کاتالاز و پراکسیداز با افزایش غلظت پوتریسین کاهش و میزان فعالیت پلی‌فنل‌اکسیداز در ارقام کوهدشت، لاین 23، لاین 24، لاین 25، لاین 27، لاین 39 و لاین 40 افزایش و در ارقام گنبد، زاگرس و لاین 28 کاهش یافت. همچنین با افزایش تنش خشکی، میزان پروتئین در ارقام گنبد، کوهدشت، لاین 25، لاین 27 و لاین 28 افزایش و در ارقام زاگرس، لاین 23، لاین 24، لاین 39 و لاین 40 کاهش یافت.}, keywords_fa = {تنش خشکی,آنزیم‌های آنتی اکسیدانت,پرولین,گندم نان,پوترسین}, url = {https://plant.ijbio.ir/article_1714.html}, eprint = {https://plant.ijbio.ir/article_1714_c87d67b5a70368be8e980d85ae19c462.pdf} }
